First it took so long to get an appointment as they always told busy in hurricane related repairs. Finally what they did was like a free inspection with a very vague and inflated quote for repairs. Services part of that package like pictures of any leaks, minor repairs and broken tile replacements up to 10 tiles were not done. Tried back and forth email communication but to no help. Stay away, do not buy this deal.

I found this company on Angies List, gave them a call, and schedule a meeting for an estimate. They were punctual, gave a very fair estimate, and set a time for repair. The repair was delayed due to rain, but they rescheduled a couple of days later. They arrived on time and made the repair in short order. Great overall experience. Would definitely use again. Super-satisfied.

Very well, Lucky checked my roof, took pictures so he could show us the roof condition. Lucky determined that the roof was fine, tightened a loose splash guard and suggested screens on the vent, which we had him do.

A family business. They came as promised. Took photos of my roof so i can see and explained everything. They pressure washed and it never looked better. Cracks and chips were repaired and I provided 3 tiles needing replacement. Because i asked for no chemicals, they were here several hours. No music, no yelling, no cursing and no mess. I couldn't be more happy.

The worker was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained to me what he would be doing step by step and reassured me if anything goes wrong I could call and he will take care of anything I needed. The worker made me feel confident and that I made the correct choice by choosing him. After the work was done he showed me before and after pictures that I was able to keep. He did an awesome job! I would have never chose anybody else to have my home in their hands.
