Prompt communication, accurate estimate and schedule, job well done! This was a smooth process with great communication and attention to detail the whole way through. Kevin came out quickly with his drywall pro to give an estimate, provided a detailed estimate, and was able to adjust the schedule to add in some electrical work that we wanted. They started the job on time and completed it in the window we scheduled. There was a very minor detail that needed looking into after the job was complete and they handled it perfectly the next day. The quality of the work was great -- they tore down and replaced a ceiling. We've worked with other contractors and handyman services for small and big jobs and this company is one we'd definitely work with again (which we can't say about others).

They were very responsive and got the job I asked for done quickly, which is much more than I have gotten from other contractors. However, they did not use caution and banged on the side of my house enough to break some of my most beloved things in another room that I've had my whole life. I had to glue one back together and the other is gone forever. They also didn't do a good job with the flooring and had to come back and fix it. But their fix was a bit haphazard. I still don't feel totally comfortable with what was done, but I'm glad they did it. Also one of the workers ghosted my mom after she paid for landscaping.

Overall Kevin’s team provided a good quality completed basement. It took longer than what we initially expected but the results were great. We were able to enjoy our new space during the holidays as well as other family get togethers. We recently had a small issue with a step that was part of the work. Kevin had someone come out and the repair was done within a couple of days. It was great that the works guaranteed!

Everything went extremely well, the guys arrived on time and were courtious of my time and space each day they worked. I'd use them again for my next remodeling project.

Kevin the contractor came daily. Jerry who did the work was friendly on time and worked throughout the day. He paid attention to details. I plan to have them do other projects .

They were a little more on price then most contractors but it was well worth it. Kevin was here often and very detail orientated. He helped us with the layout and design and it came together even better then we expected. It was like buying a new home without moving the neighborhood. We need our basement finished and we will be working with Kevin in the near future to accomplish this.

Better then expected. The crew was always on time, cleaned up everyday, they were always keeping us informed of what was happening. The job was finished on schedule and looked amazing.

It went great. The gentleman Kevin came to estimate the damage, he helped explain the whole process to where I knew what was going to happen and needed to happen. The crew that came in professional and clean. The were courteous to my family. It was a speedy process knowing this is where I cook for my kids and am a single mom. I felt like I knew what was going on. They did not use terms that I was unable to understand.

It went great. This bathroom was a secondary bathroom so I wasn't in a hurry to get it done but they were great. They came on time to the appointments was able to work around my work schedule to meet my needs. Very professional and clean.
