I would highly recommend James Clark and Pro Valley Roofing for your roof replacement work. James is very professional and demonstrated excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Having not gone through this process before, I had many questions. James was prompt in returning my phone calls/texts and willing to meet with me when I requested and he answered all questions to my satisfaction. He worked directly with my insurance company and explained the entire process to me. We had to wait until this past April for the roof installation due to Wisconsin winter weather. As soon as the weather allowed, his crew was there and installed the roof. I can't say enough about the work ethic of his crew that did our roof. It was very windy the day they began our job and did the roof tear off. They cleaned up everything around the entire neighborhood. I did not hear one complaint about debris in our neighbors' yards. AMAZING. They day after the completion of our job, James personally came and inspected the job and the cleanup. I have yet to find one nail in our yard. UNBELIEVABLE! Our new roof looks beautiful and we are very happy with the job that was done. Again, James and his crew did an excellent job for us. I would highly recommend them!
