Jeff was great; he gave a reasonable quote without inspecting first, and I was able to schedule my water heater installation on a Sunday (when many competitors are closed) which was much appreciated. Knowing he is an experienced licensed master plumber is reassuring too!

Great! Friendly, yet very professional. Jeff took the time to explain what occurred and exactly what work he was going to perform. He worked in a very timely manner and the space he worked in was completely cleaned up when he was done. If I could give 10 stars I would. Jeff was quick to respond, came within 24 hours and completely replaced our entire hot water heater. We will be hiring Jeff for all our future plumbing needs. Working directly with the plumber was ideal and we didn't have to deal with the business overhead.
