PSC Concrete & Landscaping

Not the same company they used to be under previous owner, now retired. I will provide a full update to BBB later. Unfortunately I recommended them to friends and neighbors before they completely our job. I should have listened to their initial feedback. Based on the past work I decided to move forward. Worst project management over, what should have been a simple job. Project manager never wrote anything down therefore put blame on me for his misses on this job. This is the same feedback I received from neighbors. They missed install dates after pushing me up. They left a sidewalk higher than it should be, sloping downward to an existing sidewalk, which they installed years earlier. They buried a raingutter drain under concrete without asking. I caught them before using wrong stamp. They failed to listen to placement ideas. Plenty more I will share with BBB. Just beware it is not run, nor managed how it used to be. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this new version of the company to anyone. Companie's response sounds exactly as I expected. Making excuses and not taking responsibility. Listen to them or me/neighbors/friends. BUYER BEWARE.

Excellent work I would definitely use this company again

Excellent! We put our info out to get bids. David & PSC were the first contractor who called. He called within minutes, left a pleasant voice message, then sent me a follow up text message. When we spoke, he asked questions about our project and the scope of work, what we intended to use the space for. All sorts of great questions. David then gave me a detailed description of their process, the kind of concrete they use, and why. I have no experience with concrete. So, this information was very insightful. And really helped set the stage for my expectations. We set a day later that week for an onsite estimate. Later that week when David arrived, he was thorough in his estimate. He input all measurements into his iPad. Performed a video walk-through to document the scope of work. Asked me more questions. He then sent me 3 bids, on the spot, via text and email. Because David asked questions about our project, he knew we were also installing an awning. David made recommendations on footer placement and suggested we extend the patio by two feet for better support and to keep those pesky ants at bay. We chose David and PSC because they made us feel like royalty. I highly recommend PSC Concrete and Landscaping and have already referred them to family members.

The team at PSC was very thorough in all aspects. ONE THING THAT STOOD OUT WAS HOW EASY IT WAS TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE WHICH IS NOT COMMON ANYMORE!! I PLAN TO USE THIS COMPANY FOR MY PORCH CAP. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
