P's Handyman Services Inc

Pier installed a new roof, siding, gutters, HVAC, and painted the outside of my house. He also removed extraneous pipes, wires, etc. from my roof and outside walls. None were small projects but the work Pier performed was not among Angi?s limited range of options (shown above). I have relied on Pier for over 20 years. He is honest, efficient, knowledgeable, and completely trustworthy. Pier is a perfectionist who truly cares about his clients. He is licensed and bonded. He closely oversees his subcontractors and his own crew. Much of the work he performs himself. When the project is completed, he leaves the area clean and safe. Pier will follow up to ask how everything is going. He truly cares about his clients and takes pride in his work.

Pier did a whole house remodel for us and we were so impressed that he was hired to do a bathroom remodel for my elderly mother. not only did he do a great job on the showers, fixtures and walls, he was asked to do, but he spotted many imperfections from previous workers. he is a rare breed in the industry in that he actually cares about doing a good job for his clients. we have also recommended him to others and they have been happy as well.

Pier of P’s Handyman Services has done several projects for us over the last 15 years. We find him to be very knowledgeable, competent & dependable. He has done a mini kitchen & bath remodel on our rental, plus several projects on our residence inside & out . Always shows up when he says he will, communicates well on any changes or problems that may arise & finishes the job on time. Can’t ask for better!

We hired P's handyman services to do a full renovation on our house. essentially we to stripped the house down to the studs, rafters and joists then rebuilt everything including plumbing and electrical and HVAC. The result is beautiful especially the custom wood cabinets and counters. he turned our design into reality. We found Pier through some friends, hired him to do some work on their home so we had a good idea how he worked and what the end result would look like. I am now hiring him to do some work on my mother's house and our neighbors who saw his work, and work ethic, have had him into their homes to quote work and recommended him to their friends. I am fairly knowledgeable and I have a little experience in construction. Pier is a great choice if you value old school attention to detail and dedication to the project with quality workmanship. There's virtually no downtime on the job site.

I own an investment single-family residence in Buena Park, California. The flooring after owning the home for a year, the flooring was bubbling. I called Pierre he believed that It was moisture underneath the flooring and improperly put placed, over previous flooring. the project was very involved in that he had to remove the existing flooring. He had the scrape off two to four layers of existing flooring, and the new flooring. He did the job in 10 working days. He was very clean and professional. The floor came out beautiful. He only used first class materials, and I'm happy to recommend him to anyone.

It started with a shower drain issue. Pier stopped by after work for a quick evaluation and returned the following week for a thorough diagnosis so he could provide a quote. Not only did we have a major plumbing/drain issue in our bathrooms, but one of the toilets had a bad leak and had damaged the floor and the original wooden support beams under the floor. The leak had spread over to the vanity area. Pier is an experienced plumber and carpenter, so he was perfect for this job! He was able to replace all the bathroom drainpipes, inside the house and under the house in the crawlspace and repair the damaged bathroom floor. We also replaced both toilets and the damaged vanity. He and his assistant spent countless hours in the crawlspace to remove old pipes and install new ones, and in the bathroom, taking out the existing layer of tiles and two layers of linoleum and cutting plywood to sit properly on top of the support beams. He also installed a new cleanout in the crawlspace!!!!!!

Call this "Pier Angeli, the Sequel." For the whole story, scroll way down and read my comments about the big job he finished in March 2020. So…Part 2. A couple of months ago, I got a notice from my homeowners insurance company that my policy would not be renewed when it ran out. Without my permission, it had sent a drone over my house to take photos that it claimed showed my roof was defective. I had Pier crawl over my roof and take photos to dispute this. When he came down, he asked me, “When was the last time you had a new roof put on?” It turned out the drone was right about the roof. We selected the roof tiles, and within a few days there was black soot all over the garage floor and around the house as Pier’s crew pounded away. (When they finished, they cleaned up all the filth, but occasionally the wind blows down another little piece.) In a few days the roof was finished, and Pier took new photos. As soon as my insurance agent sent them in, my insurance was reinstated.

Pier was prompt, quick, friendly, and clean. I will never trust any other general contractor.

He was always on time and He has excellent skills and He remodel part of my Bathroom and did some plumbing and tile work and He is very skilled person. He installed my faucet and everything turned out very well and I was very pleased with everything. I would really recommended him and if he would be available to do the service again I would happy to hired him.

It went very very well, Pier was very professional, very diligent. He oversaw a group of roof workers and he made sure they did everything exactly correctly. The roof looks fantastic and we are very happy with the work.

“Pier was everything we were hoping for and more. He had previously done a small powder room re-do, and I had kept his card. Good thing. When he came to give us an estimate on updating the kitchen, his knowledge was incredible. The end-product was more than we had hoped for. The painters & the counter-top installer were the best. Very happy with the end result.”

Excellent work, thorough. Very detailed. He worked six days a week to complete.

While I was searching for the best overall multi-purpose handyman I could find I was lucky & fortunate enough to meet Pier' (pronounced Pierre) from P's Handyman Service Inc. = Pier' is a highly crafted & skilled perfectionist & performed outstanding work on my property regarding masonry & the removal & replacement of an old outside door that's attached to my garage = I'm already looking into any possible future projects that Pier' may be able to assist with = so if you're on the fence out there searching just like I did; no need to look any further...

Pier built a customed designed mantle over our fireplace. The result was just outstanding. And the price was reasonable given the time and expertise that was required. Pier is an experienced professional and an expert craftsman.

Having used Pier before at a prior residence, Pier traveled 50 miles roundtrip each day to install new patio French doors in my new home. The new door had to be custom ordered (which added to the expense), but Pier did the installation and all additional work required to complete the job, including adding and painting door trim, installing original locks and hardware, patching and painting drywall as necessary, patching and painting outside stucco and surrounding wall, and rehanging door window treatments. The price was higher than I would have liked, but Pier attended to every detail of the installation, which took 7-8 days, not including the days he came to assess the job and take measurements for the new door. I particularly appreciated that he traveled 50 miles roundtrip each day. I will continue to use him as I have major home projects.

Very well. Pier is very professional, very detailed oriented, and he is expert craftsman who knows how to solve any problems.

The doggie door turned out perfect, and the price was quite reasonable.

He is really good and extremely careful. He always tries to do what's best for the consumer, as far as I could tell. He provides excellent ideas and solutions, and the office is kept immaculate and well-organized. His work is of excellent quality, and he is very experienced and skilled. I heartily suggest him to everyone.

He did a wonderful job he always came on time and did work constantly, He was great. He did shower sub floor, plumbing work, tile work and replaced shower pan, Fair price.

It was excellent! He was an excellent handyman! He was very professional, he was always on time, it was very meticulous, he paid attention to all details, he was gonna do what he said he's going to do, and did it on time.

Pierre Angeli is one the most trustworthy contractors I've ever used. When He said He'll take your job, even unique job like mine, he organized his team Do incredible customer work and he will get your job done in record time. and done to perfection. He stuck to his bid was extremely responsive, went above and beyond to get the job done was respectful to my mother and cleaned up the job site at the end of every day. Pier organized thorough, details oriented , trustworthy, respected by his crew and on time everyday. I was so impress by piers attention to details and had stellar reviews for all that work for him and he finished in record time, His team was amazing and I couldn't be happier with my results.

Once again Pier did an excellent job. We have used Pier several times over the last 15 years and he never disappoints. Very knowledgeable, dependable & skilled in so many aspects of home repair & improvements. He has done everything from a kitchen remodel at our condo to most recently installing handrails & repairing a door at our home. Good communicator as well.

The head of this company is Pier Angeli. Over the last number of years, we have engaged his company repeatedly, to do work both in our home and in our church, for projects small and large (as in several hundreds of thousands of dollars of work). What Pier has done has never been less than excellent. Pier is both knowledgeable about, and expert in, just about every kind of repair and construction work. When he himself does the work, he is meticulous, diligent and stringent about keeping to the highest standards. When he brings in others into a project he is heading, he closely supervises their work and insists on their meeting his high standards; and, if they fail in that regard (as happened once or twice), he dismisses them and makes sure himself that the job was done perfect. Pier genuinely cares and wants people to feel wonderful about the work he performs. If you want the best work done, you want Pier Angeli. - Adele & Rob Langworthy

P'S handyman services did an excellent job! We converted one bathroom into two separate bathrooms and updated a second bathroom. We are very pleased with the results.

I was looking for someone who could do multiple remodeling jobs on my house. To start with, I needed my front door and side door replaced. I had a bad experience with a remodeling contractor in the past so I was very cautious about hiring someone who would farm the work off to subpar service providers and upcharge me every chance they could get. I could tell from Pier's reviews and after he visited my house and did a walkthrough that this would not be the case. Pier has a clear eye for detail and a drive for quality that is very rare in the construction business. Furthermore, he did nearly all of the work himself, and even in the face of considerable amount of extra unplanned work to install the front door, did not ask for any extra money or revise the contract. As many other reviews stated, Pier is not one of the lower cost contractors. Not by far. But I was done hiring people for the lowest cost only to get lowest quality. Pier builds some amount of risk into his price so that when unexpected things arise, as they did, they are already priced in. It took him about two days to install two doors, and he did everything except painting himself. He did not finish until he was satisfied that the work was done. He came on two Saturdays so that he could work around his other projects, which I appreciated because I didn't have to take time off work. The only work he subbed out was the painting, and as he helped us decide that a fiberglass door for the side door that faced the sun it did not need painting. He ordered the doors from a door manufacturer that was made in the USA from pacific northwest wood (no Home Depot doors). The painter he uses is meticulous in prepping the site to cover all windows. As we were planning to repaint the house later, he only primed the door so that it was ready to be painted later. The primer looked so good on the outside that it felt like a new door with fresh paint and stood out. After he was done he took all the old doors and cut them down to small pieces and hauled them away. He prepped all the areas he was working on with blankets and swept up as he went, and ensured that the work site was immaculate before he left each day. Pier's payment terms are very generous as well. He took the maximum allowed 10% deposit before he ordered the doors, and didn't ask me to pay anything else until the job was complete and signed off as satisfied. Pier responds promptly to text messages and emails, but calls often and always answers his phone even when on site at another job. He cares about his clients and that they get quality work done, and is often fixing poor work done by other building contractors. With other contractors, I had to supervise the work and measure and check at the end of each day that the work was going to plan and that there would not be any snags in the future. That was not the case here, and I did not have to worry or "check in" ever, since Pier was always on site, doing the work himself, and was more accurate than I could be.
