First let me say that Javier is a real gentleman who is very outgoing and wants you to be totally satisfied. He is the first roof cleaner to actually takes photos of his progress and texts them to me . That was a pleasant surprise indeed ! Honestly Javier is the best roof cleaner we’ve had since moving to S. FL 9 years ago . I highly recommend him ! A+ all the way !

Generally okay but still sand in the screened area and the screen sills.

Absolutely awesome. Javier called me within 2 minutes of my request, ended up with the most reasonable quote, and as per my immediate request, fit me in perfectly. He took before and after pictures that were eye opening, but I didn't need them, I knew when I pulled up from work that my roof was 300% better than it was. I strongly recommend using them I have already told 3 neighbors about him. I love a great job well done. No nice to feel good about spending money, lol.
