The response to my request was done on the Labor Day weekend and the work was quickly scheduled. The garage door opener was installed professionally and quickly. The garage door was serviced and adjusted. Thank you for a job well done.

Rafael wasn't able to come over same day I called (which was in the afternoon) because he was on a job in Austin, but came over the next morning and was able to provide and synch 2 garage door openers for me and they work great! I don't call anyone else for anything else associated with garage doors. Highly recommend PSR Garage doors.

I have two garage doors and one had broken the torsion spring a while back. I called Rafael after reading his reviews on Angie's list. He answered the phone immediately and told me he was available to come over the next day. I couldn't do the next day so we scheduled a visit for that Saturday instead. He showed up, and quickly replaced the spring and serviced/lubricated both doors . He also checked a couple of other things I was having issues with on the other door. Instead of up-charging me for fixing a simple issue, he explained what I would need to do to fix the issues myself and it worked like a charm. I will definitely be using his company again as he provided a great service in a responsive and professional manner.

Great! Rafael was quick to come check out my garage motor. He recommended I get a new motor vs repairing the old once since it was almost 20 years old. Rafael didn’t charge me for coming to my home and giving me the estimate. I appreciated his honesty and patience. I called him to install a new motor for me a month later.

I sent Rafael an email afterhours on Friday stating when would be convenient for the repair. He called me the next morning that he could be at my house in an hour. I think he and his associate finished replacing the spring in less than 30 minutes. Overall, I think PSR provided excellent service and value.

Great. Called in the morning and he came as scheduled same day. Obviously knew what to do. Had the right tools and adjusted my other door so it won’t happen to it.

Called at 6pm and Rafael came out at 8:45pm, springs installed by 9:30pm. Hard worker and very knowledgeable. Price was consistent with what I've paid another company in the past to replace springs.

If I could, I would give Rafael 10 stars! The spring broke Thursday night. Now I can't get my car out of the garage. Uh oh. I called PSR Friday morning. Rafael was here promptly at 6::00 p.m. on the same day (he had a very long day!). The spring was replaced and tracks lubricated in under 30 minutes. Rafael is professional, experienced, friendly, and prompt. I so appreciated that he was able to repair it the same day. If you have a garage door issue, call PSR. No. Really.

Rafael was available to come out within an hour and a half of my call. He was quick, professional, and even adjusted/tightened other parts of the whole door system, that may cause problems in the future. Highly recommend!

Great!! Rafael came out the same day I called, despite being in Bastrop on a job at the time. He arrived early in the evening, was able to stabilize crooked door without damaging anything, and replaced both old springs. Garage door works great again!! Also, his price was SIGNIFICANTLY less than another A-rated Angie's List Garage Door provider, who had a lot more positive reviews, so I had called the other company first. So glad I went with Rafael at PSR instead!

It went great. He came to give an estimate very soon after we contacted him. He ordered the door & installed it about the time he promised it. He was always very pleasant & businesslike. Also the price of the door & installation was lower than some other companies.

Garage door track had been bent by a car and needed replacing. Tried to find part on various hardware stores and online, but found that the length of my track was non-standard. Called PSR, and surprisingly, they were able to come out that afternoon. He also found that the part was non-standard, but managed to have exactly what he needed in the back of his truck, despite the surprise length. Finished replacing the track in twenty minutes or so. I would have been perfectly happy if he had stopped there. BUT THEN he spent the rest of the hour minimum trip charge lubricating and servicing the door, adding grease here and there and making the whole thing worked better, smoother, and quieter than it did when I moved into this place. Outstanding. Price below included parts.
