They started at 8 am and worked till sundown. Had everything done in 2 days. Had a small leak say after with first rain. Called them to let them know. They had someone come within 30 minutes and fixed issue. Hasn't leaked since.

Mr. Reynolds came out the SAME DAY that I called, a Saturday.  It was a day of heavy rain and flooding (and therefore the leaks in the roof revealed themselves).  He had to drive far out of his way to get to me because of the flooding in his rural area, but he made it.  I was very grateful because my home was on the market, and I was fretting over the time and cost of roof repairs.  Mr. Reynolds checked out the roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that day; he honored the Angie's List coupon I had.   <br /> I owned half a duplex, and he looked at my neighbors' side as well.  Their side also had soil pipes that needed to be replaced.  The neighbors half was also on the market.  Mr. Reynolds felt an inspector would cite the need for repairs.  I was able to let my neighbor know of the situation so he could check for leaks and not have an unpleasant surprise in his house during showings. <br /> The repairs were completed a few days later.  PSR made the extremely inconvenient and untimely situation as painless as possible. <br />

It went great. My house was on the market at that time and I needed my roof fixed right away. I got estimates and he came in with the best price. He said that he would be able to get to it the following week, which he did and that was one of the things that stood out to me. The other thing that stood out was that he called me and I didn't know he was at the house at that time. He asked me if I wanted him to go ahead and switch out one of the boots on the roof because it was going to be changed. I did ask him to look at the roof and I told him that I would like him to do that. When I went by the house, there wasn't anybody there and I could tell that no one had been there to work on the roof yet. When I talked to one of my neighbors, they said that he was there two days ago. Other than the roof doesn't leak anymore, there was no evidence that he had been there. The crew completely cleaned up everything and they were in and out in an afternoon. I called them and he came out the very next day to give me an estimate and he was out three days later to fix the roof. He was very kind and respectful. I've already referred him to other people.

Crew was excellent: efficient, informative.  Owner Reynolds gave me complete information about my choices/options in roofing, including where to put the vents.  After I had chosen one color, he brought back a sample of a new possibility that was superior to what I had been thinking.  My new blue-ish roof is beautiful, tight and makes the whole house look so much better.  Roof is very steep and difficult to do, I realized once I saw the ways the crew had to work on it--and there are two flat parts that I have never before had done correctly.  Reynolds and his crew clearly knew what they were doing and drew on good previous experience.  Job site well cleaned and managed while here and as they departed. <br />

It all went perfectly and was completely finished in 2 days.  The next several days we had heavy rains and absolutely no leaks. <br /> I would definitely recommend them.

They did a great job. They are very responsive. He answered all of our questions.
