Puckett Electrical Service

We abruptly lost power to one of our A/C HVAC compressors even though the circuit breaker was not tripped. Mr. Puckett arrived within hours of our request for his help and very rapidly diagnosed and fixed the problem (replacing a malfunctioning circuit breaker). Would use again.

The guys from Puckett Electrical came out and installed an electrical outlet for me above the tv for a very fair price! They were super kind, professional, and didn’t leave a mess. They took the time to think ahead about my needs and my actual usage of the outlet and chose features accordingly. Service was excellent! Had three other electrical companies to say they could do the job and then said no once they saw it was above the stairs.

This was a big deal purchase. It was fine. There were additional charges for the actual parts that were not included in the deal. They were upfront, honest and they did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous and polite.

The men were very professional and nice. They got right to work and finished the job in a timely manner. Owner was very easy to talk to and was up front and honest. I would use them again. They showed up on time and worked the entire time they were in my home. <br />

The service call went exactly as planned.  Scotty arrived on time with everything he needed to perform the service requested. Not sure if you care about this or not, but it was very important to me.  He is an extremely nice young man with manners and a healthy respect for others.  His parents trained him well! <br /> The reason I purchased the offer was my fear of a possible electrical fire. My bathroom exhaust fan/light would work sporadically as would my electrical outlet on the screened porch. Scotty located the problem within 5 minutes.  I asked him about the outlet on the outside porch as it was prone to getting wet.  He advised of a much better outlet and also suggested I think about changing the type of light bulbs I used inside the house. <br /> There was one light in my upstairs bath (1 out of 6) that did not work. I had tried 2 different types of bulbs to no avail. Scotty resolved the problem. <br /> On the side of my kitchen island there is an elecrical outlet and the faceplate was very loose.  Turns out the actual sockett was split in half.  Before he left, it was fixed. <br /> Scotty made a trip to Home Depot to pick up the supplies he needed and also, at my request, picked up 3 boxes of LED light bulbs.  He didn't have to, but he replaced all 6 bulbs in the upstairs bath. Huge difference in lighting.  As my other bulbs burn out, they will be replaced with the LED's. <br /> I will definitely keep his phone number as he is now my "GO TO" person for any electrial questions or problems.  I highly recommend this company and would be glad to offer any further comments to anyone looking for an excellent electrician.  I doubt you could find a better one. <br /> <br />
