Neal and his team did a great job on our small project, and even helped me with the water heater without additional charge. We'll be sure to use them again for future projects!

They were professional. They put a gauge on the line to make sure that it could accept the pressure; which there was a leak in the system, so they followed up, found the leak and everything has been good since.

I have used Neal and his staff for a number of jobs over about the last 20 years, (I always save his number, as he ALWAYS has saved me money, and earned all my trust!!) I continue to be so impressed, that I finally decided to write a review for him, as a thank you for all the money he's saved me over the years... On the most recent job he saved me about $900 and was incredibly fast, saving me from additional damages! Thanks Neal!!

I was able to schedule this job with Puget Sound Gas within two weeks. It was very important that I get the repair done within a month in order to have a new gas range delivered and installed. Neal and Matt arrived on time and analyzed the job. Because the natural gas pipe came up from the basement through the kitchen floor, access to the gas pipe was limited. After some discussion, Matt secured the gas pipe in the basement while Neal removed the existing fitting. Neal then used a Saws-All to cut out a small section of the tile and underlying Hardy board around the gas pipe to allow him to move the gas pipe closer to the wall. Once the gas pipe was moved, Neal put a new fitting on the line and checked for leaks before completing the job. Neal and Matt were friendly, cordial, skillful and very neat. The company has a two hour minimum for each job and this job took about 90 minutes. <br />

Back in January, I was more than satisfied with the service. They explained the different type of materials used in gaslines and they're recommendation. Tthey were clean and punctual. I paid them before the entire service was done because I had to have some construction work in the kitchen to install the stove. No problem with them coming back to hook up the gas to the stove (always a worry when you've paid already). Recently they came back to hook up my gas fireplace done w/in constraints of our contractor. Perfect job. I would definitely refer them to anyone. More than happy w/their service.

Neil Marky is the owner of this company and starting with the estimate to the completion of the project he and his staff, Tyler, did an excellent job. Neil went above and beyond the service provided by installing larger piping, since my husband does some woodworking in the garage, because he wanted to make sure everything was safer. It takes a lot of piping to do this job and he made it look very neat and even hung brackets up so that we can use them for storing other things, if we want. He put insulation coverings over the pipes on the water heater to further increase efficiency. Neil even got all the permits for the job to be completed. He arranged for an electrician to come over and talked with the inspector after the installation. He and Tyler placed a lot of the piping in the attic to be vented outside of the house. The price he quoted me was accurate with a few changes since I wanted some additional piping and a new thermostat installed. <br /> I am very impressed with the excellent job that Puget Sound Gas did on my house and would recommend his services to anyone. All of the workers who came to the house were very courteous and accommodating. I would definitely use him again. Thank you Neil, great job!!!
