I take the blame for this but I want others to be aware. I previously used a different plumber who has retired since the last time I used him, so when I called that number apparently Ally Plumbing has taken up his business. I was told their pricing was the same as his, that is incorrect. I failed to ask the pricing over the phone (where I take the blame), and I normally ask pricing, but since the retired plumber was reasonably priced I thought okay. Looking back that is probably by design, they don't tell you the price over the phone so once their people show up at your house you're less likely to say no. Had they told me the price when I called (like every other plumbing place I've dealt with in town) I would have balked & called another plumber. The two Ally guys get here & say their standard call price is $325, & at that point I should have said I'll pass no thank you but I didn't even though that's an awfully steep price to have my bathroom sink drain line cleared with their power snake. So I say okay & they clear the line in under 30 minutes. Happy to have my line cleared but unhappy about being fleeced to get it done. I do not recommend this company based on price alone. Shop around, I'm wishing I had & am embarrassed that I let myself get overcharged. I'm kicking myself for paying more than I should have for this but I'll let my loss be everyone else's gain. 2 stars because they got the job done.

I had Fritz out to look at mutliple things. I had issues with my toilet, my water heater and a clogged drain. They were able to take care of all my issues in one trip and were quick and effeicient. More than happy to work with them in the future,

Everything went smoothly, I had a considerable amount of water damage and mold from a leak in my roof. They worked with my insurance and handled eveyrthing easily.

They did a free estimate and came as scheduled. I provided the fixture and they charged $275 to install it in a pedestal sink. I would definitely hire them again and I have already recommend them to others.

They showed up on time, they were able to do the work the same day for a competitive price. The visit was professional, great customer service and they used protective gear to help keep everyone safe and healthy. I will be recommending Ally Plumbing to my friends and family as well as use them for any future plumbing work.

They arrived on time and I received a text message that they were on their way. My tankless needed to be serviced and my technician was very communicative and told me that they can help me with this every year. He also did a walk through with all my plumbing to make sure everything was ok. I appreciated this very much. I am definitely going to be calling them again.

I had my hot water tank break, so my home-owner's warranty called Ally Plumbing to have it fixed. The tank and up to $250 to bring my installation up to code were covered in my warranty policy, and all I should have had to pay was the $75 deductible. Ally Plumbing however charged me $925 to bring my hot water tank up-to code. Note that does not include the hot water tank. They sold me a gas flex hose that cost $18.97 at Home Depot for $115, then charged me $150 to install it. This place is horrible ripoff. Charges were: Water Heater EQ Straps for $185 Water Heater Expansion Tank for $185 Water Heater Gas Flex for $115 Water Heater Gas Line Modification (to screw on the gas flex line) for $150 Water Heater Stand for $125 Water Heater T&P Valve for $165 Stay clear of this place!!!

They did a excellent job. I had 3 plumbing companies out to try and figure out why I had no hot water in my home but premier did. The first company said I had a faulty water heater. Heater was only 7 years old. They replaced it and told me to wait 2 hours and still no hot water. They came back out and said it was a defective unit. They replaced it and still same issue. I hired another company and they couldnt figure it out. Here comes the professionals. Premier checked everything and found I had a faulty shower cartridge. The cold was mixing into the hot. Easy fix and we had hot water again. Thanks again premier plumbing. Ask for the tech Chriss. He is awesome.

Replacement went very well. Work was able to be performed on the same day thankfully. Process was explained prior to start so there were no surprises or unexpected costs which was nice to know upfront. Will definitely use Ally again!

Broke pipe and they couldn’t fix so hired other company that then cost $1500. Fritz charged me $75 for breaking my pipe.

Premier Plumbing is great. They are professional, honest, reliable, work very cleanly and do a really great job. The plumber gave me helpful advice and recommendations on issues we were having. He explained everything he was going to do. I am thrilled to have a plumber I can rely on and recommend him to my friends.

Called Fritz on a Wednesday and he was able to get me in on Thursday. Was on time and in about 45 Minutes he was done and I had a functional bathroom again.

Perfectly. They hauled the snake machine up the stairs, worked it through the plug, and presto, everything worked again.

Great. It was da tricky job in order to hit the right length.

Excellent plumbing experience! We already hired Jesse from Premier Plumbing to help us with multiple issues: a leaking faucet in the kitchen, a clogged garbage disposal, bathroom pipes replacement and our water heater replacement. On all occasions, he arrived promptly and quickly identified the source of the problem. The work site was always cleaned up. What we like about him the most is that Jesse is very professional and honest. He knows what he is doing and he works fast. His fair pricing is just added bonus. We were really pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him for anyone's residential plumbing needs.

The last time I called Zesbro Plumbing I got the owner, James, who did an excellent job. This time I got two bumbling Mexicans who barely spoke English and hardly seemed to know what they were doing. The older one said he had worked with James for 9 years (time to learn English?) which was belied by the fact that he had CA license plates. They did get the shower working sortof. It is still very stiff but it is usable. I was told the owner was out of town. <br>     Earlier that morning, quite by coincidence, our well stopped working. I asked them to look at that too but they were of absolutely no help. They didn't even have a simple voltage meter that would have determined whether it was a plumbing problem or an electrical one. <br>     If you use Zesbro, make sure you get the owner! He would have done it in 1/3 the time and charged us 1/3 the amount and it would probably have worked better - plus he would have known enough about wells to diagnose, if not fix, that too.

<p>Juan and another gentlemen came up and did their best on a tough drain. They were able to figure out that I needed more help than they could provide and did not try to sell any more services.. They were very honest and spent a lot of time trying to fix the issue. I definitely felt that I got my money's worth from Fritz.</p>

Problem was fixed. Plumber advised us that the cost was likely covered by home owners association since it was outside our unit. We appreciated the advice since we are new to condo living. This is the third time we've used Premier Plumbing in this condo. We've been pleased with Premier Plumbing and would give them all As each time.  <br />

I'm very happy with the service.  Someone was able to come out the morning that I called and they were able to locate the problem and it was a small fix.  Everything was finished in under 30 minutes.  That probably won't be the typical situation, but it was refreshing to have someone be able to respond quickly and do a thorough, professional job.  I will definitely use this company in the future. <br />
