I hired Mark originally for $3000. He went outside and said he would have to hire an electrician, so he $500 more. He didn't have to hire an electrician. All they had to do was then screw the electric.That was there and put it inside the wall.He did not give me the $500 back. I actually canceled the job because I was very leery about it to begin with. Then, I was on the phone with him again.And rehired him at the $3500. I have a gap on my inside wall around the electrical outlet. Where air coming in. The outlet close to the floor it's still sticking out of the wall.It's not flush like I asked it to be. I asked for siding on the outside of my mobile home, he put a piece of plywood out there.So now I look like trailer trash. The total price should have included him hauling away the debris and painting the wall, which he wanted extra money for so I did not do it. I have never had a carpenter, not finish a job. He knew that I had to keep my doors and my gates shut, because my dog gets out. two hours after they left, I went outside and my gate was open. This morning, I got up to water running out in the street where they had left the water running all night. He messed up my backyard which I had just paid to have done the day before. He broke my vine in half. Didn't even apologize, stomped on plants. He purchased the window with the original money I gave him for parts, and then I had to pay for half of it again. I asked 3 or 4 times for him to give me a contract. I still don't have one. I talked to him this morning and he told me to leave him alone.

The job is done, efficiently, cleanly, and a professional and polite attitude.
