Pulles A/C and Electric

After a competitor quoted me $3,000 - $5,000 telling me I needed a new evaporator, Pulles saved me thousands of dollars by checking with the manufacturer of my unit and getting the part covered under warranty. The first guy told me it was out of warranty, which it as by a few months. However Pulles called the manufacturer and ask for an exception and they agreed. The final cost was less than $500. If you need your AC serviced, don't bother with any of the other contractors call Hector at Pulles.

They were great.. while the unit was being shipped they came 3 time & added freon to the old system. I've never had a a/c company do so much to help keep us cool during the problem & when U live Louisiana & the heat index is over 100* it really means a lot to my family. I recommend Pulles a/c to everyone...

THERE ARE SEVERAL DISHONEST AIR CONDITION DEALERS OUT THERE JUST LOOKING TO MAKE A DOLLAR. I KNOW BECAUSE I WAS QUOTED 5000.00 FOR A NEW INSTALLMENT BY MORE THEN ONE DEALER. MR PULLES PROVED TO ME THAT HE IS NOT ONE OF THEM. ALL I NEEDED WAS ONE PART CHANGED IT SAVED ME $4800.00 MR PULLES AND HIS WORKERS TREATED ME AS IF THEY HAD KNOWN ME ALL OF MY LIFE. LOVE this company SO MUCH. I met them through my Home Warranty program, and now Hector is the only person that I will use for any a/c work that I need. He's never overcharged me, has helped me figure out ways to keep my costs down, and is incredibly thorough when he's working. I cannot recommend him enough. <br />

We have buyer home warranty that we got with this house when we bought it. We carried on the buyer home warranty and as a result of that, we called the person recommended under that name for air conditioning. So we called Pulles A/C and Electric. Hector was the person who showed up, and he had his box of tools. He went around the side of the house, fixed it and charged it. First we had to get a work order from the home warranty company. With the work order in his hand, he did the work. I only had to pay the coming out fee. Under buyer home warranty, if someone comes out and does the work; even if buyer home warranty pays, we pay the vendor $100 for a service call. He was punctual.
