Professional. Hard working. Does a great job cleaning my house. I have pets and they work hard cleaning up after them, especially my cat hair. She produces a lot of cat hair and they have never complained. When they are done my house smells and feels clean. I recommend them highly.

I first contacted Pura Vida and didn’t choose them because of the higher price compared to competitors, so I called somebody cheaper. Which ended up being so disappointing! Very poor Service! So I called back Pura Vida and they did an AMAZING job!!! Worth every penny!!!! They come regularly now and we have never been happier! I will soon hire them for my house as well!

The day they come to my house is inevitably the best day of the week because I come home to an emasculate house that smells wonderful and is clean through and through - even under couches and in the microwave! If you're looking to have your home as spotless as you can imagine, you are missing out if you do not hire Pura Vida. I'm not even kidding. From the very first interaction I had with Paola, to when the team left my house, I was nothing but impressed. Thorough is an understatement!! They even dusted all of my Legos!!! WHAT???? I literally would have paid double what I actually paid had I known it was going to be this good. Not that my opinion matters. It was my bride's opinion that truly counted. Well, first off I will like to tell you that I own many Airbnb‘s that are rented out on a seven day basis and have not had openings for many years so with that being said Cleaning is extremely important to my business. In the hospitality business, your brand is based solely on cleanliness, and this particular cleaning company has that as their number one priority. The second most important thing is communication in a timely manner. Usually if you have a problem or an issue, they contact you within minutes.I also will tell you that I’ve been in this rental business for over 20 years. I have seen many Cleaning outfits come and go. So many Cleaning company start off really good but after a while, they end up like all the rest really bad. On the other hand this cleaning service is the best that I’ve ever been introduced to and highly recommend them to other people. I’ve had them working for me for years now they do an excellent job weekend and week out. They also do extra things such as cleaning behind refrigerators behind beds behind furniture under furniture, closet, and kitchen cabinets. Another example would be them putting supplies away in the supplies closet, and keeping it arranged in a manner where you know how many rows of toilet paper and towels you have on a weekly basis. This helps you keep more control over all of your inventory and they know that. I will also tell you that they are very fair priced and do quality work. I will tell you that I do not live in the state where my Airbnb‘s are being cleaned so they are extremely responsible for letting me know and taking care of any other problems that may come upI cannot say enough about this service.
