PurClean

I took coupons from Groupons for carpet cleaning with PurClean. The service was very poor. They never replied even if called, messaged or e-mailed. They came very late and never called to say that and was rude in behavior. The carpet did not clean well and the dirt was still there. The machine used for cleaning made many bad marks in the carpet and ruined the carpet itself. They are not professional in their work, no schedule or perfection. I never use them for any work in future.

He put up a plastic enclosure to keep the mold from getting into the house as he worked. He had to remove the walls to get at the mold behind them. Cleaned and eliminated the mold and, at our request, stripped the room clean of all plumbing and electrical.

I used them a couple years ago and they were wonderful. My husband was going through cancer treatments and this helped relieve some of the load. I gave them rave reviews on Angie's List at that time. HOWEVER, recently they have been horrible! I booked them in June and it was terrible! The 2 cleaners that arrived were suppose clean for 2 hours. They were done in a hour. I did a walk through and they hadn't even cleaned the bathroom floors, toilets or shower. I pointed it out to them and they say they would tackle it. Also the bathroom smelled strongly of bleach. I asked if they stopped using the natural cleaners and they said the company was merging with another so they weren't sure. I also mentioned that it was suppose to be for 2 hours. They assured me everything was done. They never gave me a invoice like before. Since they only worked an hour and I asked what the new cost was and they didn't know and tried to get a hold of their boss with no much luck. I said I would contact the office. No response. I paid them and they left. I tried following up and called, emailed and texted the office and got no response. I took pics afterwards of the unfinished job - unclean floors, shower and toilets (even though I had pointed it out after the walk through). I emailed them and then I finally got a response. They said they could offer me a 50% of the next cleaning. Really? That's it. I told myself I wouldn't use them again but decided last week to give them another try. After emailing back and forth several times to get a date booked, we settled on Wed at 8:00am. Needless to say a 1.5 hour later and they still did not arrived!!! I called, emailed & text several times with NO RESPONSE! I finally got a hold of someone who said I wasn't on the schedule. ARE YOU KIDDING!! I have it in writing that we confirmed the date and time. He kept trying to give me some song & dance. Complete ********! Never ever again! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have nose dived and people should not use them. I will not ever again!!

Moderately effective. Ended services when we discovered the carpet in entry was left completely soaked. Left them repeat voicemails inquiring as to what caused this situation, none of which were returned. There were other minor issues and enough of a pattern to discontinue their service.

Very unreliable. Didn't show up for the final cleaning that was prepaid.

They always do a fantastic job! I've never had an issue with them.

I used PurClean when I moved from my townhome in May and then again in August at my new home. They are AWESOME. They finished my four level split in an hour and a half with a 3 person crew. It looked great.

It went well but I did not like the product used on my hardwood floor - smelly and greasy. Otherwise great job

It started out well, but gradually declined. I had a recurring issue with them not cleaning the floors in my bathrooms and laundry room- they use a spray bottle and wipe around stuff on the floors. I issued complaints several times when I would see dust and hair in the corners of the bathroom or a Q-tip under the bathroom scale and even had them come back to scrub the floors one time. I thought that might help them remember, but that didn't work either. They weren't the same crew each time - sometimes there were 2 cleaners and sometimes there were 3. I had to remind them to scrub the floors or it didn't get done. I gave up. They do nice work on dusting and vacuuming, but I can keep up with that. I need them to do a thorough cleaning of my floors and bathrooms. Also we had a fixed day they would come, but it never was at the same time. I never knew what time they were coming. I can be flexible, but it would have been nice to know the day before when to expect them. They worked quickly, but that's not always the best for quality. I really wanted to keep them, but just got frustrated that they kept missing the floors so I gave up.

For months this company did a great job! For the last couple months things have drastically changed! DEPENDABILITY has been horrific! They cancelled on me the day they were supposed to come. And, then didn't respond to my messages about when the next appointment would be. It ended up to be 3 weeks later!! Now, yesterday they left a message that they would be to my house in 20 minutes at 2:15 PM. When I arrived home at 5:15 no one had shown up. I called the person who had called me and asked why they weren't at my house yet. She responded that they were too busy and were not going to get to my house and asked if Megan (the owner) had called me to set up a reschedule. I told her I had not received any messages from Megan and as of today (a day later) I haven't received any calls or emails from Megan about a reschedule. I will not be using this company. I need a house cleaning company I can count on and depend on.!

Three girls came on time, they were very nice and got right to work. It smelled clean when they were done but there were still cobwebs on the ceiling and the floors behind the toilets weren't done. Ick, that is probably why I hire someone to clean because I hate that part. The bathrooms were really done poorly and the rest was just ok.

Cleaning was adequate. Some days the ladies did great and other times it appeared they were rushed and did a lousy job. Communication was challenging. Never got anyone on the phone and if I left a voice mail message it was never returned. Started using text messaging and would get replies back after 10 pm at times. Really started having issues when one of the cleaning ladies accidently broke an expensive vase. I was offered a free cleaning but they never showed up until a month after my last cleaning with no communication.

We bought a package but heard nothing from them about when the work would be done -- even though Angie's List charged my credit card immediately. I called once and was told I would be called back to arrange the work. No one called me -- I had to call back again. I was told we would have two cleaners for a total of four hours; we had three cleaners for a total of two hours. They told us they performed everything we had asked (on a list) to be done, but they actually did not do that (no living room vacuuming). I would never use them again.

The cleaning was thorough and excellent. Beyond what I expected. Not only were all the kitchen cabinets cleaned, but the outsides were cleaned as well. Refridgerator thoroughly cleaned. They would have cleaned the oven if it had needed it. The bathrooms shined and water mineral stains in the sinks and shower were all gone. The only negative was issues with the arrival time. When I called, they said they would be there not later than 10:00 am. So I arrived at the nearly empty condo by 9:30. When they were a no-show by 10:15, I called. They discovered they had erred in creating the daily schedule and had my scheduled for a 12:00 slot. Even then the cleaners did not show up until 1:30 - so I wasted a lot of my time sitting in the nearly empty condo. But the office staff apologized profusely and discounted my bill by 10%. Original price would have been $348 for two people for 2 hours. So the price was a bit steep for an 1100 sq ft, 2 BR, 2 bath condo.

The team was on time and got right to work. They did a nice job with getting it all done in the time they had. A few touch ups were needed and when I pointed them out they got right on them and were very nice about it.

Never have I had such a good experience with any home cleaning service! The crew (3 people) arrived on time, smiling and ready to work. The crew leader first asked about my priorities and I walked them through the house to discuss this. The entire crew had excellent communication, great personalities, and were focused. I felt 100% comfortable with having them in my home. I have 3 dogs, 3 cats and lots of flooring to clean. They finished right on time and my home looked amazing. One plus, they used a 100% natural oil based cleaning product that left my home with the most amazing smell. I've sense then thrown out all of my chemical cleaners and purchased some on my own:) Just purchased another cleaning service and will continue to have them back regularly.

Awesome team! The punctuality grade should be taken with a grain of salt, we were originally scheduled for 2 pm. They were able to move me up to 11 am, however, due to a schedule change elsewhere they didnt show up till 12:45, however, that was still earlier than originally scheduled!

Wonderful job. House hasn't been this clean for a long time. Loved coming home to the clean house!

They left the place spotless and managed to get the oven sparkling clean and I have no idea how the did it. Would use them again!

PurClean is by far the BEST cleaning company I have ever used! From the moment I called and set up my appointment to the minute they finished cleaning, they were friendly and they really made sure I was satisfied! I love the fact that the technicians use essential oils, my appliances have never looked so great. I was also AMAZED by the work they did in my bathrooms especially. They were able to remove hard water stains that I have been trying to get off for months! Kenya and Leah arrived on time and in uniform as promised. They even had organic dog treats that my puppy LOVEDDDDD. They literally cleaned my house spotless. I will definitely be using them again!!!

I initially thought the cleaning had been adequate. There were still some crumbs and spills on the kitchen countertops but I was willing to over look that. When I went into our main level bathroom though, I realized that our light fixture was broken during the cleaning. I looked through our garbage can and found the broken glass buried under some other items. I understand that accidents happen but I wasn't notified about the accident and it's clear that someone was trying to hide it from me. This is obviously completely unacceptable, a betrayal of our trust, and as such, I can't recommend using their service.
