I recently hired Pure Air Ducts to clean the air ducts and dryer vent in my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and thorough. The technicians arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and took great care to protect my home by covering the furniture. They were courteous and answered all my questions, making sure I understood what they were doing. We selected Pure Air based on their stellar online reviews and strong price quote, and they delivered in every manner. Pre-job, the pricing structure was clearly described, which allowed us to adjust the scope of work to our needs and budget. They were also flexible with scheduling and accommodated a schedule change about two weeks before the appointment, though we would recommend calling a few weeks in advance to schedule larger jobs. On-job, Orlington and his father, O’Keefe, were prompt, professional, thorough, and courteous. They were respectful of our family’s space and arranged the room cleaning order in a minimally invasive manner. Orlington and O’Keefe are professionals of their trade, and were a wealth of knowledge and tips on duct cleaning, maintenance, and service. They were a pleasure to talk with and learn from. We were very satisfied with Pure Air's work and customer service, and would highly recommend their services.

They provided a complete breakdown of the pricing for their services prior to starting the job and their pricing was very reasonable. Fantastic! A very positive experience. They were punctual, polite, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. They put plastic down to protect furniture and flooring and cleaned up each area as they went. Very glad we found them and highly recommend. We can tell the difference in breathing air quality and I notice less dust on the furniture since cleaning the air ducts.

I can’t say enough about this Arlington, Texas-based team. After researching duct cleaning services in the DFW area, I was impressed with the reviews for Pure Air, so I set up an appointment. Our expectations for this service were not only met but exceeded. The care that this duo took to protect our home, while cleaning & sanitizing our ducts, was above & beyond what I ever imagined. We especially appreciated the explanations they provided along the way – SHOWING US what they found & how they were addressing the problems – AND cleaning up after. At the last minute, we opted to have our dryer vent cleaned as well. THANK GOD that we did; we were in danger of this dirty vent becoming a fire hazard! Our dryer, on an internal wall, has likely never been cleaned & had two significant blockages. We only purchased this home 2 years ago. Last, but not least, these were two of the nicest people we have ever met. We will absolutely be using this company again in the future & recommending them to our friends & family in the area.

Great - they were easy to communicate with, very thorough, even helped me bring in Amazon delivery boxes. Greatly enjoyed having the guys there and they were focused but thorough and stayed 5+ hours to do everything needed in our 3400 SF home. Cleaned up everything well as they finished each area. Wish I could give an AAA+ rating. These young men showed up on time, gave me an estimate, and worked diligently for over 8 hours until the job was finished. They were friendly, informative, and cleaned up as they went. They did a MUCH better job than the big name brand franchise that cleaned our ducts a few years ago, and at half the price. Our house smells clean and fresh. I couldn’t be more pleased. Will tell all my friends about them.

Pure Air exceeced my expectations. They thoroughly described the work they would do and the price prior to coming out. Once at my house they went over everything again and there were no surprises. based on the good reviews on angies list and google, I hired this company to clean my dryer vent. the techincian arrived one hour late (may be due to late afternoon appointment), whih I understood. technician claimed that they do not need to get to my roof and can clean the vent from the laundry room. whole service was done in about 10 mins. they demonstrated that yhe vent is cleaned by using a blower to blow inside the vent and shows some lint flying out of the roof vent cover. this is all their proof without showing any pictures or actual airflow mwasurements. tested my dryer macchine the following day and my brand new dryer still reported 80% blocked airflow. had to hire another company to redo the cleaning. it was found out that this company only cleaned the bottom half of the vent duct. the top half (from attic yo roof) is still blocked! what a joke. i do have all the before and after photos from my 2nd hire to prove that this company did an awful job. anyone plan to hite this company, think about it again.

"Thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business. The scheduled appointment/ arrival time was between 5-6 the techs arrived at 6:10 making them 10 minutes late. They came out during a holiday weekend during holiday traffic an hour away at no additional charge. Every customer is given 15 days after service should there be a problem/issue we would come back out and try to resolve the issue.Had we been afforded the opportunity to correct the issue we would have come back out at no additional charge. As our other reviews state we try to go above and beyond for our customers. We explain to every customer that if the basic cleaning does not work we will come back out and go to the next step of cleaning. We were under the impression the job had been completed to your satisfaction because we did not receive a phone call saying other wise. Thank you, Pure Air"

The two guys who showed to my house, was on time, their work was impeccable. We bought this house in the fall, 2017 and in the Spring of 2018 my wife allergies was making her sneeze to the point she was feeling down all the time. A friend suggested we should get our air ducts cleaning and after several rave reviews of Pure Air's work I decided to hire them. Let me tell you how happy we are after they came. On time. Professional, and they did exactly what everyone else said they would do. Always ensuring the house was spot less after they completed an area of work. They pulled out so much lint from the dryer vent that you could have filled a small pillow with this. Our dryer no longer complains that there is bad airflow. We had this service done less than 24 hours ago, and this morning my wife woke up without sneezing, blowing her nose, complaining her throat was sore from snoring at night. I got a nice good sleep last night and woke up refreshed and feeling like a million bucks. In a year I will re-hire them again and do another cleaning.. they are well worth every penny. What an amazing group of guys.. thank you.

They were prompt, explained exactly what they were going to do and how the charges would be determined. Ducts for 2 systems cleaned out, plus an anti-microbe treatment for our main system. They were here about 4 1/2 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and gave clear instructions about what needed to be done after they left. The price, based on vents and returns, was what I expected. Price was reasonable but not inexpensive. Both technicians were very courteous and professional, as well as friendly and helpful.

Wow, is what I have to say about this father and son duo!! We had our dryer vents cleaned and would definitely highly recommend their services to anyone. He even offered to help me carry my packages in for me (I had a table delivered so the box was huge)! Great pricing too! Love these guys!! Prompt, polite, affordable, efficient and quick. I liked that he walked me through the process before and also took pictures of and showed me what he was cleaning out of the dryer vent. We just bought the house and the previous owners had dogs, so it was pretty disgusting! They were in and out in about an hour and my dryer is working perfectly! All of their work is guaranteed. I have 15 days to make sure that there are no unforeseen problems. I am even thinking I will call them back to have my air ducts cleaned. They are currently running a special. I have been having some allergies since the move and I bet you that a quick clean will clear it right up! Rock on gentlemen!

Based on their past reviews and personal experience from a friend that hired them, I contracted with Pure Air to clean and sterilize my air ducts. This is a family owned business (father and son) and they arrived right on time. They first explained exactly what they were going to do and we then proceeded to verify the number of ducts and returns at which time they gave me a firm price. It initially seemed higher than some of the other advertised prices that I've seen from other Companies, but based on the work that needed to be done, I realized that their price was quite fair. Most of the other companies advertise very low prices, just to get in the door and then significantly increase their advertised price. Once we agreed, they immediately went to work and did an excellent job. Another thing they did was cleanup after the job was completed. I was very happy with the entire process and will use them again when the need arises.
