It was perfect. We went there to view stone and price out project. They showed us new slabs and remnant pieces. We picked what we wanted and waited for install.

The first backsplash was cut incorrectly so they pieced part of my full backsplash together so the flow is not correct. The first sink had to be replaced because of scratches all over it. My job started approximately February 8th and they installed the damaged sink on March 26th. Approximately 30 people were out at different times doing this small job. Miscommunication and unprofessionalism was what I dealt with in doing business with this company. This matter still isn't resolved and I am a very unhappy customer. Please review pictures of the seam in between two pieces of yellow tape. It is completely obvious the granite does not flow.

Pure Granite did a great job. They had a good selection of countertops in their shop and helped us decide what type of counter would look best in our space. From initial consultation to new countertops installed was only 2 weeks! Will hire again when we redo our master bath.

We spent many hours looking at seemingly every piece of granite in the area. We had a major disagreement with our designer on the piece we wanted, vs what she decided, and consequently had some material sold out from underneath us at a major local fabricator. After the designer quit on us, we found awesome material at Mont, and had it fabricated and installed by Pure. Sure wish we'd planned it that way originally. Pure was great to work with...loved going out there and planning the layout with the templates...not sure you can participate that way when they laser measure.

Ok, so the job was done extremely well. I don't have any issue with the quality of the craftmanship or the installation. My problem lies in the fact that they quoted me the WRONG top for my bathroom, and I had NO idea. It wasn't even anything I considered. It had the word green in it so I thought it was the one I wanted. So installers show up with completely wrong top (black and green). The one son tells me it was ME that I ORDERED the WRONG top. I'm like WHAT??? I NEVER even CONSIDERED that top. The wife is the one who was with me when I was chosing between 2 different remnants. She NEVER apologized, never acknowledged her mistake. And we were without a bathroom sink for a week. I also contacted them again to quote me a very small piece to use as a shelf. I didn't hear back so I called again for the price. Guess what? They NEVER replied. The installers were awesome, the granite and quartz look amazing. But I can NOT recommend a company that can't even admit when they bring the completely WRONG top and never acknowledge it. Besides the fact that noone ever bothered to call and see if I was happy with the product. I hate giving a review like this but it's the facts.

The young man had to cancel us on day 1 because his job took longer than expected. He rescheduled for several days later, so I had to rearrange my schedule. His previous job ran long, and he called to delay twice. The second time he called said he would arrive "in a little while", and I asked hiim how long that would be. He didn't know because he hadn[t checked. He was pleasant and was a hard worker, but I was disappointed at the result. I expected the shine to remain on the granite for more than a day, but it was back to its dull appearance pretty quickly. Maybe "sealing" isn't what I expected.

From the moment we walked into the showroom to the minute that I said goodbye to the people that installed the counter tops, I had nothing but great interactions with everyone involved with Pure Granite and Stone. A family owned company that truly has a love for this work, everyone that we encountered was enthusiastic about the work that they were doing. Even down to the gentle way it was put that we would have totally messed up if we put a drop in sink in our granite. They were patient, helped us walk through the entire process picking out a granite we're happy with, and we never felt like we were being sold anything. Skip the big box retailers. This is the place to get your counter tops.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, they are knowledgeable about their products. That is the only positive. The negative, the rest of my experience. I was not home during the delivery and installation, but I really didn't have any concerns. I arrived home and couldn't wait to see the finished product. Sadly, I immediately was disappointed as the job was not done correctly, nor was in complete. There was supposed to be a granite backsplash installed, but it was not. More importantly, I paid for an upgraded "edge" for the entire kitchen; however, it was only completed on the island. I called and spoke to EJ (again, very nice) as I was so upset. He advised they could do the job over or take something off the price. I really wanted my kitchen to have the upgrades, but I could not start over. The granite all came from the same slab. This entailed going to the fabricator and picking out "THE" slab. Later, I went to Pure Granite and met with EJ to create the templates. The color flowed from one piece to the next. There was no way I wanted to go through that again and then wait for another install (the process takes quite a bit of time). So ultimately, I took a discount even though that is not what I wanted. They did bring the backsplash the next day and installed it. After about a week, we noticed our new Siligrant sink was leaking. My husband tightened the pipes and checked the garbage disposal, but it was really leaking. Eventually, we realized the water was coming down the sides of the sink and was pouring directly into the new cabinets. There was no sealant or caulking on the sink. I called my then contractor and he called EJ to report my concerns. About one week later, I received a call from EJ who advised he lost the Post It note he left for himself and just found it. He indicated he would squeeze me in the following day. No one ever showed up or called. THEN about a week later, I received EXACTLY the same message about the lost Post It. I never returned the call. I consider this very poor customer service all the way around. Nothing was done or completed to my expectations. Very disappointed.

Overall, I did not enjoy working with this company and would never use them in the future. I found the poor communication issues with the office as well as the sloppy installation to be extremely off-putting. That being said, the new granite countertops looks pretty good so I raised my overall rating to a C.
I was referred to Pure Granite by a decorator and the salesman was very nice so all started off fairly well. For me, it went downhill from there. The first major issue occurred the day prior to template measurement when the office advised me that I would need to provide a check for 50% of the total cost of the job. At no point previously did anyone mention to me that I would have to pay in cash rather than via credit card. I explained that to the office and asked if I could give the guys doing the measurement 25% and then pay the other 25% prior to them ordering the granite. The answer was a firm no so we had to delay the measurement process, disrupting my schedule and theirs. And it created a definite cash flow problem for me since I had been relying on covering it with credit.
When there was an issue with delayed delivery of the cooktop, the attitude of the woman in the office in working around that was less than customer friendly although in good relationships cooperation works both ways (e.g., I subsequently agreed to let them install a day early after one of their other jobs was delayed). Each contact with her gave me the impression that they were doing me a favor, not that my business was appreciated.
Perhaps the worst example of poor communication was the fact that no one ever told me that even though the sinks were included in the estimate but the sink faucets were not. Unless a customer remodels his or her kitchen on a regular basis, how would they know that? Especially when the guys doing the template ask what type of faucet you want? So the crew installing the granite on Monday mentioned at that time that faucets were not included and I had to run out that night to buy faucets since the plumber was coming the next morning to turn the water back on. Stressful.
The actual installation techs were nice but seemed to be more muscle than finesse. My primary complaint with the work was that after removing the old countertops and installing the new ones, they applied sealant right over the old caulking, which looked hideous. And, while they were doing this, I had painters in the other room. They would have been happy to take 5 or 10 minutes to scrape the old stuff off before the sealant was applied. Instead, we saw it after the installers left and I had to have the painted comes back not only to do expected wall repairs but to remove all mess that was sealed and re-do it in a way that had an acceptable look. I won't even go into the mess left on my driveway.
Did I call the company and complain? No. They had not demonstrated any type of customer service orientation and after the job never followed up to check on my satisfaction. I was just relieved to be done working with them.

They quoted an exceptional price and met my time line. They had scrap marble that matched my color needs. Plus all the employees of the company were professional and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future for my granite/marble applications.
Very courteous and prompt for measurements and for installation. Communication was ongoing during the process, and they have the customer view and select, or approve, the actual slab of granite they will use. Their plumber for the reconnect is excellent and we have used his services for other work.
Generally it has been okay. We are going to ask them to correct one of the edges on one of the counters which wasn't smoothed out. The installation went smoothly. The guys were very quick, the guys cleaned well and handled themselves well on sight. The owner wasn't exactly sure what the deal included. They didn't know the tear down was included in the deal so I had to go back and send them the Angie's List email to confirm the elements of that big deal. We liked the quality of the marble we had to choose from. We didn't like the fact that they didn't know what the big deal entailed.

The granite was a little different that one would normally find at a granite reseller. We loved the piece we picked out. Pure Granite had the stone fabricated to perfection and the installation of the vanity and countertop went quickly. Love the look and the ease of the overall project.

They were very attentiveand helpful with any questions I asked. The guys that came out to measure for the counter top were punctual and new what they were doing. I decided to purchase my sink from them, which is a stainless steel Blanco sink. They didn't charge extra for installation for the sink and were able to install the counter top about a week after they measured. I had a choice of 4 different granite colors, nice choices. I am very pleased with the result. Pure Granite and Stone was very good about calling me back with information when I needed help with some sink choices. If I ever need a counter top again, I would definitely use them.
It went well. The quality was excellent, installation was fine, and they were timely. They met my schedule and the price was fair. I would say that we only had 1 issue and that was the installers had trouble getting the rid of the old and installing the new, but my handyman was here to assist so it worked out well.
