The work to be completed WAS COMPLETED I called to ensure that it would be no problem. You were supposed to go through the side of the bucket, where the trench was dug. Where I talked to the original guy who gave the quote. Instead of doing that you went through the top and ran the line THROUGH THE LID how in the world am I supposed to open the lid to shut off the valve now? The line was ran straight up into the air only a foot or so from grade, so I had to raise the ground level so it wouldn’t freeze. And you left trash and leaks. Leaks that drained my cistern and flooded a room in my house while we were at work. When you were called back to fix the “outside” leaks you never mentioned a key, so one was never provided. You said you were going to town for parts anyways so it wasn’t a big deal and my wife works EIGHT minutes away. It doesn’t matter now though. You already charged me whatever you wanted and already did poor work. I’ll have to fix the water damage and have someone change the connections so I can access the shutoff on my own dime. Lesson learned…Record all calls, get everything in writing, and make sure I stand over their shoulder and hold their hand if I want to hire out work. Only cost me 1200 to learn. Thanks for the lesson. You’re dishonest and take no responsibility for your mistakes. You can’t blame this on Noah or quest water line. This was you. And your behavior. You should be ashamed of yourself. Noah seemed solid.

Pure Water Pure Air is top notch! Terry Butcher came to my home about 10 days ago and gave me information on installation of a water softener as well as performing a free water test. Mr. Butcher was stellar in his presentation, walked me through the whole process with professionalism, knowledge and an welcoming personality. He followed up his presentation with an install date for today. The technicians arrived on time with a text of ETA. Noah and Dwayne were also extremely professional/knowledgeable/thorough, polite and took extra time to explain the operation of the system. Both gentlemen were exceptional. Very pleased with our experience with Terry and his team...from initial phone call, through visit to provide estimate and do water test, all the way through scheduling and installation. You can easily tell that the work product and customer satisfaction matters to him and that says a lot about a company. The team was well prepared and meticulous while being efficient during the installation process, including a nice cleanup job. It looked like they were never there other than the new equipment up and running well! They were courteous and friendly. Provided a refurbished tank for softener to keep costs down. The did not identify that pressure tank was waterlogged even after I reported fluctuating water pressure. Replacing pressure tank was the solution which I performed myself.

We thought it was the element on the hot water heater but it ended up being one of the plumbing lines was leaking so they had to replace the line. The element, fortunately, was fine. The price was a little higher than I wanted to pay but they were very good and kept me posted as they were working.

Pure Water Pure Air LLC did an initial installation a year of a HomeGuard Water Softener which has worked out very well. They recently completed an inspection and tuned the system and helped educate us on proper use. Responded quickly, knowledgeable, patient and polite and most importantly professional. We'll definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends.

Perfectly. Times set and met. Lead Technician extremely knowledgeable and good mentor to his partner. We made these changes to two homes and couldn’t be happier. They went above and beyond the norm and kindly briefed us on operation (more than once)😜
