This company literally saved my home. I was in the middle of a roof replacement where the roofers had left the secondary barrier exposed for 2 weeks and as we do in Florida in the rainy season got a torrential downpour and got water damage all over my attic and home. The water damage was VERY EXTENSIVE! With situations like this it's always about getting it dried ASAP to prevent further damage. They quoted me quickly and we're on site the next day. Literally dehumidifing my whole entire house. This was one of the most stressful moments as a homeowner I've had. They seriously went above and beyond for me. He treated me like a human being. Every day they were giving me a status update and didn't complain once from my million text messages. Jacques was the technician who setup all the machines and wow did he do an amazing job! I had. So many questions for him and was always calling him. And not once did he ever get bothered. Everyone there just listened and heard me out. And they were able to execute a plan that would have saved me tens of thousands of dollars down the line. Thank you thank you!
