My husband has a respiratory condition and I was concerned about the possibility of mold contributing to his issues and I wanted our house inspected. The company responded quickly and offered an appointment for the following day to come and inspect the house for mold. Adam clearly explained the process and thoroughly inspected and evaluated the areas of concern. He reviewed the findings, luckily the only questionable area was the bathroom. Adam reviewed options to remediate the problem, one of which was to continue what was currently being done in terms of cleaning with an anti-mold solution. I opted to have PuroClean clean and treat the bathroom ceiling. The work was done quickly and neatly and the ceiling looks brand new. Adam was thorough in his explanation of the service and recommendations. Previously, I had another company who told me the mold most likely permeated the sheet rock and the ceiling would need to come down and be replaced and gave me an estimate of $2500 to do the work. I feel Adam was very thorough and upfront and he did not try to sell me unnecessary services and Puroclean did an excellent job cleaning and sealing the ceiling.

I would highly recommend this service provider. Ada, the owner, is extremely qualified and professional. He set up an appointment immediately after I contacted him. He coordinated the job efficiently and seemlessly that I did not have to worry about anything. He followed-up continuously on the status of the drying time and air quality of the residence. The residence was thoroughly cleaned that it did not look like there was a fire on the premises. The professionals at PuroClean were nice, professional and fast! I called and got someone on the phone right away! I explained my problem and someone came out, scoped out my problem, gave me a quote and got me on the schedule for service right away! Called Adam on a long weekend - he picked up immediately and arrived with his team as schedules the next morning. Was highly professional and punctual; came to the house multiple times during the drying process and always pre-scheduled a time and honored it, which meant no wasted time on my end. Having recently moved into a new house and having a backup in my basement a month earlier, I found water in my basement for the second time.  Adam was incredibly attentive and helpful.  He went out of his way to come over that night to start the drying and remediation process.  It was so helpful and comforting to know I had his help during a very stressful time.  He recommended other people who could help me as well.  He made the process less stressful and walked me through everything that needed to happen. They inspected our mold situation and removed it. They were thorough, good communicators and efficient.

<p>A very complete evaluation with an estimate came within 24 hours. Within a week PuroClean came in and did the treatments.  All sheet rocked areas were opened up to extend past where water stains were.  The areas were cleaned treated and sealed.  The area which did show active moisture was examined outside and a drain pipe was found to have separated causing water flooding the area whenever it rained.  John fixed the drain pipe. The evaluation and follow up report were reviewed by another mold remediation expert that the buyer had consulted.  The buyer was assured that all work was appropriate and complete.</p> <p>Everyone I dealt with through this process was beyond pleasant and professional.  All work was scheduled quickly and done in the exact timeframe planned. </p> <p>I can't recommend this company highly enough.  </p>

I called the professionals at PuroClean within minutes of my sump pump failing during one of the worst rain storms of the year.  I received an immediate response and the owner Adam and his employees were at my house within two hours and stayed there until 2 in the morning draining the water.  They came back multiple times over the next few days for the drying and post-flooding work.  When the insurance company sent an adjuster, the guys from PuroClean were there to answer any questions.  I thought that the services they provided when I and my family were really in a panic were fantastic.  They were professional, had the latest equipment, answered every question and worked within the financial parameters.  I cannot recommend them enough to others and every time I even hear the slightest mention that someone could use their services, I recommend them and even try to make the introduction myself because I believe that the job will be done right.
