They did remove the floors but when it came to the kitchen they seemed unsure of how to proceed. They didn't seem confident of the next steps to take and just seemed very incompetent. They never brought any scrubbers or dehumidifiers in, they said they would bring them back in but they never did. At this point i had lost complete confidence company and no longer wanted them in my home. <br /> I want to pay them the money owed for the services they have completed and use a different company to complete the work

My basement flooded due to my sump pump failing. I called the PuroClean team because one of my friends recommended them. They were very professional and handled my stressful situation fast and headache free. If there is any damage due to water or fire I can't recommend PuroClean enough. Hopefully I won't need their services again but if I do I won't hesitate to call.

Very well. Drywall and woodwork were replaced with painting, staining and varnishing by carpenters. Price was final with no extra charges. Nick always answered his phone whenever I called. They were always available.

A pipe in my basement broke and there was a foot of water in the room. Everything was completely soaked; the walls, floors, and valuables. I called puroclean and they came out to my house within the day. They removed all the water and dryed out my basement. The workers were very polite and didn’t leave any mess. I could tell they were professionals. They also sprayed my basement with an anti microbial, so mold would not form. I was very happy about that. I highly recommend their service and give them the highest rating.

I was in an extremely distressful situation due to water damage and contacted multiple water restoration companies. While other companies didn't want to show up until Monday morning, Nick Pacella showed on Saturday night and started the restoration work with his crew on Sunday morning. Nick is very professional, punctual and knowledgeable and more importantly a very compassionate human being. He has been very patient in answering all my questions. I rarely write reviews, but the quality of work delivered by PuroClean obligated me to write this review. The quality of work by PuroClean is outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone without even thinking twice. Without a doubt, one of the best companies I have ever worked with and Nick is one of the most honest service providers I have ever used and he has a very high integrity. Nick has made a very stressful situation a little less stressful.

PuroClean responded immediately and came to inspect the damage. They had guys and trucks at my home within 30 minutes of inspection and began soaking up the water and mitigating the damage. They are extremely responsive and I can really trust the work they are doing is everything necessary, nothing excessive, and they are making sure I’m comfortable every step of the way!
