Purologix Water Services is an independent dealer of water treatment systems for Central and Eastern NC and the 460 Corridor from Danville to South Hill, VA an area we call Lake Country. We are EPA certified for Lead, and VA and NC Licensed for Plumbing, two essential credentials for any credible system provider. Our CTO is a BioChemist with over 30 years of water treatment experience, so our applications are guaranteed. We feature many of the best manufacturers in the industry, and we offer our solutions at a competitive price against inferior supply store products. Services we offer

Residential service: certified lab test, and distilled/demineralization. Service/rebed all competitive brand filters., and sedimet. Reverse osmosis (RO) water purification for the kitchen, bottle-less water coolers/purifiers (replace 5-gal. jugs), chlorine, city water, color, community wells, drinking and ice. Commercial service includes: self cleaning, filtration, free water tests, iron, lab units, low pH, odors, problem wells, radiologicals, radon removal, rental ice makers, reverse osmosis, softening, stains, whole house treatment

I'm really pleased with the system Purologix installed at my home in Carolina Beach. I've had other soft water systems that had separate filters and much larger tanks. Even with the smaller footprint there's a noticeable improvement in the quality of the water this system produces over those. I don't miss changing filters and this system uses much less salt. The installation was completed when they said it would be, and in the way they explained it.

We got a water softener installed when we moved in 2 years ago and they showed up when promised and did a great job installing it and explaining the machine to us. During a winter freeze we had a piece break and they quickly came out to replace it for free under the warranty. Great work and great customer service.

It went fantastic.  I am so happy that I switched to Purologix.  I used to use a different company's products and was not pleased.  I replaced my water softening system to a Hague product that was installed and is maintained by Purologix.  They also installed a new Hague reverse osmosis system.  Very very pleased.  I always have a strong stream of water when I am using it.  Would definitely recommend Purologix. <br />

This is the most knowledgeable service provider of water purification that I have ever used. He explained everything - lots I did not know and gave me tips on how I could use it more efficiently. I would love to replace my system with a new one, but cost right now does not fit my budget. But when I have the wherewithal to have a new one installed, Purologix will be the company I will hire! Very impressed with professionalism and knowledge and of course know-how. <br />

The installation took longer than expected but the end result has been great.  We have major fluctuations in our water quality with high chlorine, iron, and calcium.  We now have consistent water throughout the house and purified water for our kitchen. They were even able to run purified water from the RO system to the refrigerator!  We have been very pleased. <br />

They were friendly and polite. Arrived on time and went out of their way to explain. Instead of just trying to sell us a water softener, they tested our water and made recommendations based on the test results. We now have a complete home water conditioning system to take care of the water that comes from our well as well as adding a RO filter to our drinking water (who needs bottled water). Tim installed our system and was very professional. Went out of his way to make sure we were happy throughout all stages of the install. Explaining what each medium did and what it care of in the water. He will be back next week to check on everything but so far so good! Highly recommend this company.

It is going well so far. We had water issues and called them out. They are filtering out a lot of the minerals. They are very responsive and are a pleasure to work with. I would use them again.
