They did an excellent job. The pool is now beautiful. They were professional and very responsive to my calls and questions. I highly recommend PHP for pool resurfacing.

They gave a good quote and said they were able to do the work in a timely manner. Project started fine and we’re done with main part in two days. However, they didn’t set up the automation system correctly and there was a leak. They fixed the leak. After a third time of saying the automation didn’t work I finally fixed the automation system. They did send an electrician out to install the lights on the automation. Still have to come back to fix the spa which wasn’t on the original work but still isn’t working correctly. Overall good but not great and somewhat slow but reliable. They were much better than first company I hired who never showed up in two months.

We have had John managing our pool over the last 10 years. He does an outstanding job and has been very responsive to questions or requests that we have had. Highly recommend!

We have used Adkins for many years now and have been immensely satisfied. John Adkins is very professional, knowledgeable, intelligent, and also caring and a genuinely all-around nice guy. We have an older pool, often needing additional TLC. Johna nd his people have always been able to squeeze us in and handle whatever we throw at them. We are so glad we found him!

Very well since I have been using their services for the past Four to five years to maintain our pool in good. Condition. They are affordable, available , able and John the owner , and his staff are affable . My wife and I recommend them. I rarely call John for issues ,and he personally attends them just like last week , he came to look at my Polaris that suddenly stopped working! We appreciate his assistance. They do a super job

I have an in-ground pool with a vinyl liner. Many companies are unfamiliar with these liners and do not want to tackle them. Adkins does a good job with it.

I got recommendations from the Nextdoor app for a new pool service company, and several people had great things to say about John Adkins. I did get several estimates and decided to use John beginning in March, 2018. We were unsatisfied with the initial technician who wasn't thorough, and John took immediate action and reassigned us to someone else. I appreciated his responsiveness. Our current tech is outstanding! She is hardworking, very thorough and conscientious. John charges $30/wk plus chemicals, rather than a flat monthly fee, which is fair.

John is prompt, effective, punctual, responsive and very, very pleasant! You won't find a better service for you pool.

Adkins pool service is an excellent company. I like the monthly newsletter that has helpful pool care information and the status of the company's pool care if there has been a major storm.

John came the day that I scheduled, checked my pool motor and pump, motor was bad. He replaced the motor and cleaned pool (there was a lot of debris at the bottom). He did a great job!!!

They are reliable and punctual.

The are very conscientious. Punctuality depends on the weather. I can't hold it against them. If its raining, what am I going to do. They are very dependable. If I call the employees, they are responsive. So far, they have maintain the integrity.

They're excellent. They come out every week. They were here on Tuesday. The cost is $20 each time they come in, so it's $80 to $100 a month. One person comes to clean the pool. It takes about 20 minutes or half-hour at the most. They leave the pool very clean.

John was very courteous and responsive. He was very accurate and upfront about the cost of the job and materials needed. Once I gave him the go-ahead he got the job done quickly. When taking apart the motor and pump he noticed that the diffuser was broken and contacted me to ask if I wanted to replace it as well. He provided an accurate cost of the part. At the end of the job he provided a detailed, professional invoice. I am very happy with the work done and would definitely use John again.

Owners daughter(?) wouldn't clean the filter, so we complained. From then on, the quality declined, and we saw unusual charges in out invoices. First, the filter system needs to be closed tightly to prevent leaks - and it wasn't. It leaked anytime the filter was changed, so my wife or I had to tighten it whenever we came in town. Chemicals were interesting as one week we were charged to raise the ph, and the next week we were charged to lower the ph. This went on until we canceleled service.

They didn't do any repair but they do our pool service regularly. They do a pretty good job. We have a contract so we've been having service done once every week. the price was lower before but it has been raised this year but it's still reasonable. They are pretty responsive in coming to do the work. They don't come at a specific time. If they are supposed to come once a week, they come once a week. I would recommend them.
