Pursuit of Excellence fixed some things that were done badly by another company finishing our basement. Pursuit also built us two gates. We could not be happier with their work. When work began they introduced the whole crew, who were friendly and professional. Their quality is fabulous! The other company left a big gap in the flooring at the bottom of the stairs and Pursuit covered it expertly with a cord. Pursuit used color-matched silicone to fill the side gaps. The other company put in a section of ceiling and left a gap between the vent and ceiling, did not install a register, and the hole they cut for the register was not in line with the vent. Pursuit corrected all these issues by adding an extension and register without having to recut the ceiling hole. Pursuit added thresholds the other company did not install and was able to replace some flooring around a door frame where the other company left significant gaps. The work Pursuit did on all the trim cannot be talked up enough. The other company did not build level walls or bother to level the floor when they installed it, so what Pursuit did is nothing short of a miracle!
