Putnam Plumbing - Plumbers in St George Utah

Worst experience with a plumber ever. Paid $1100 for a pump replacement ($300 part max). Pump lasted less than six months. I ended up doing it my self the next time for $210 in parts and it has lasted years. Would NEVER use them again for ANYTHING!

They did a good job. There was a little bit of miscommunication on timing and when to pick stuff up. We had several changes that they accommodated. There were some missed items that came as a surprise at the end, when they added them back in. That was kind of disappointing because we went over it multiple times. Then there were some charges that they didn't tell us they were going to charge for. Otherwise, the job was good and they did a good job.

everything was great, good clean up, friendly, and best of all, willing to come on the weekend...which is a big plus when your sewer drain backs up.  also provided great info on possible environmental causes of the problem not related to normal household use. would use putnam again if the need arises. <br />

We were so pleased with the service and the response to all our questions and needs. We were in the process of doing some upgrading and replacement of parts, from kitchen sink filter, installing new water softener to replacing faucets in master bath. We originally had an issue with an odor we could not identify and Rod kept after it, even bringing in another expert to help us with a diagnosis. He was our and quot;Sherlock Holmes.and quot; We are going to be doing more upgrades which will involve a need for a plumber and we will call Putnam (and Rod) first. Reasonable and always on time...or if not, we were notified of any potential delay. <br />

We were very happy with the work provided to us by Putnam Plumbing Inc. We live out in the country and some companies charge a trip charge to come out here, but Putnam is closer to us and didn't charge a trip charge. They're really good. They did excellent work. We were very satisfied with the work that they did.

The final total price seemed somewhat high, but we had nothing to compare it with. We plan to continue using Putnam plumbing in the future.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

He was very polite and punctual. He left a tool so I could fix the disposal myself instead of him coming out to get it unstuck. He couldn't get his credit card machine to work so ended up paying in cash. <br />

The worker came...located the problem...and fixed it. Was a very nice and professional worker. <br />

He arrived on time, assessed the situation and went to purchase fittings needed at a local plumbing supply house. He came back quickly, shut off the water and drained the lines and installed our filter that we had purchased earlier. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and explained the settings to me. Outstanding service!

I had low water pressure after another plummer installed a water pressure regulator at my home. I contacted Putnam Plumbing about my concern. I made an appointment for the next day at 10:00 AM. He arrived promptly on time as promised. After testing the water pressure at several locations discovered that I had two pressure regulators installed on my water lines. The fix was to simply adjust the pressure by turning a bolt on one of the regulators. After doing so, he verified the repair. I felt confident he was honest in his evaluation of my problem, competent with his ability to perform his trade and very fair with his fee. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who has plumbing needs.

This Company was called out on an Emergency.... It was a Friday and an the mail water line, under a cement slab broke. Water was everywhere and we were completely out of water. This Company went right out got the water shut off, took out the cement and got the leak fixed so that we were not out of water for the weekend. This is a great Company, very responsive and does what it takes to get it fixed right the first time. Thank you Rod.
