Corey and PVI did a very good job breaking up and replacing my backyard sidewalk in April and was to seal it. He was not able to due to inclement weather. When I tried to call him and e-mail him, I did not get a response. He eventually called me to say he had a death in the family and would contact me for a date to seal. He has not; his phone e-mail is full. So I drove to the address of PVI in Ellicott City and another company is in that area and has been for years. All I want is for PVI and Corey to finish the job and be honest and truthful.

This contractor was supposed to be installing a driveway for me , but has since charged a deposit but has not done any work, Now my calls are not being answered or no contact since a deposit was given back on March 16, 2026. Corey Henderson is now ghosting me !!!!! Shame on him

Corey took our deposit and then ghosted us (no reply via email or text). Finally sent a note that he was sending a check to refund the deposit but has not responded since. Preparing to file. Sells a good game but unable to fulfill their commitments. Cost me time, money and aggravation. Don't fall for it.

They put in a driveway at my house last summer, and never pulled a permit. When I was given a violation notice from Bowie, I called Corey, who seemed surprised about it, but said he would take care of it. He did not, and, what is more, has become unreachable. Five months after he promised to take care of it, I am now left to figure this out on my own. Yep - he is cheaper than other driveway companies. There is a reason. Avoid like the plague.

I hired PVI Group, LLC for concrete/CMU foundation work and basement walkout work at (REMOVED). The signed estimate/contract was for $23,000.00 and included CMU work, #4 rebar, 4000 PSI concrete fill for cinderblock walls, parging, labor, materials, hauling, and debris removal. Before Wolfe House Movers lifted the house, I specifically asked PVI how long the work would take after the lift because I needed to determine where to stay. PVI responded in writing that, with good weather, it should not take more than 5 days tops and would probably take only 2 3 days. Wolfe lifted the house on May 28, 2026. Based on PVI s written timeline, I expected the work to proceed promptly and be substantially completed within 2 5 days absent weather, inspection, or documented change-order issues. Instead, the project has dragged on, and PVI/Corey has failed to reliably respond to calls and emails. PVI later indicated that more money was needed because the estimate allegedly only included filling 2 courses of CMU, but the written estimate does not clearly state that the price increases if the existing CMU cells are empty or if full-height CMU filling is required. The estimate states that 4000 PSI concrete will be poured to fill cinderblock walls for maximum strength and reinforcement, and that labor and materials are included. This is a serious time-sensitive matter because the house has been lifted and the foundation/CMU work is exposed. I need PVI to either complete the contracted work immediately, provide a written line-item change order explaining any legitimate additional scope, or state in writing that it is refusing or unable to complete the work. The non-response and delay have created additional stress, lodging uncertainty, project delay, and risk to the property.

Everything went great. Even though it was a very small project (removing a small concrete pad ~20 sq ft), they came quickly to estimate (very reasonable rates), then came back quickly when I was ready for the work to be done. They were here for a total of 50 minutes--but only so long because they had to hand carry all the scrap out up a hill and they helped me gather up 16 years of a rock pile (collected from gardening) and took that away too for me. Would not hesitate to recommend. They are going to give me a quote on leveling the dips and cracks on my concrete front porch and making it lovely and durable with an epoxy finish.

PVI did an amazing job and was a pleasure to work with. Corey and his entire crew was polite and professional. I will definitely use them again.

I hired PVI Group to complete the removal and reinstallation of deteriorating concrete front entry steps, repair a side brick wall, and a porch that all needed to be repoured. I had an area outside of my basement door entryway that was not only an eyesore, but was also pitched incorrectly allowing heavy rain to accumulate to the lip of the door frame. Corey Henderson and his crew did a FANTASTIC job overhauling that area to give me not only a beautiful outdoor gathering space, but also a refreshing peace of mind! Corey was upfront about the cost (which was very reasonable considering the size of the project) and was willing to accommodate a last-minute necessary adjustment from me. He and his crew were very respectful and friendly. I will definitely use his company for future projects.

It went completely as planned! Corey and his team worked fast and efficiently to get the job done in three days! I am so pleased with the finished product. My driveway went from a cracked up nightmare to a place I love driving up to. I was planning on putting in those retaining garden bed walls for 25 years. It took Corey's gorgeous finished concrete driveway to motivate me to finally put them in. The whole project turned out beautiful! Thank you PVI and thank you Corey!

PVI did a fantastic job. I contacted three companies. PVI was at my house discussing options and costs within an hour. The other two companies did not even bother coming out. But it worked out for the best because the work is fantastic! I would certainly hire them again.
