Great company! I had Bahama storm shutters, awnings & upstairs deck railing installed in 2020 which was great work. The thing that I am most impressed about is that while prepping for hurricane Ian (09/2022) I had difficulty setting/closing the shutters, so I gave them a call. After explaining my situation, within 30 minutes a manager came over and to my grateful relief helped me lock them down. Once the installation was started the installers did an excellent job. They cleaned up well and the end products looks great. Unfortunately it took almost 4 months from when I paid my deposit until the screen was installed. It took multiple phones calls and a letter to even get put on the schedule. My advice is if you decide to go with Pyramid Aluminum is to get expected completion dates on the contract and be sure to follow up with them on a regular basis to ensure everything is on track. Wish I could rate the installers separate from the way the owner and project manager interacted with me but since I can not I am going to have to rate the company very low and I can not recommend them to others.

From start to finish this was a very pleasant experience!!  Everyone we dealt with including the installers were very professional and had a can do attitude.  I was super impressed with the quality and attention to detail in their work.  Any questions we had were promptly addressed.   I would absolutely use this company again and would refer any of my friends or family to them. <br />

They were right on time and they had enough men on the crew. They were done pretty quickly and they did a good job. I shopped a couple of different places and they right in the middle of the ball pack of the price. I had used them 10 years ago for my house that I live currently and they did a very good job then as well.

Both screen doors on our pool enclosure were in need of rescreening and repair, so we decided to get them replaced.  I called Pyramid and they were able to come out the next day to do the work.  About a week later I wanted the closer and sweep adjusted on one of the doors and they came out the same day to adjust them.   I have used this company several times and recommend them. <br />

Worked with them on new layout on porch replacement. They solved to drainage problem on the porch and it looks so much better. <br />

The work was performed in the timeframe I requested, the employees on the job at my house were professional, the structure looks good and the cost was reasonable. <br />

We delayed because of work schedules but, once they started, it was done in a good time frame. Clean-up was excellent. <br /> I was very impressed.

<p>Work quality is good, but communication was poor.  Not responsive to calls and people showed up to do work without notice, which was pain given that I had other work going on at my house.  </p> <br />

Called in advance and they showed up at the time they stated.  Explained I had new carpet and they stated not a problem and they immediately took off their shoes.  One worker installed new screen door while the other 3 built and put in screen in top floor porch.  They cleaned up after themselves and the work is incredible.  Love the job they did and no mess!  Would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to screen in an area or need replacement work done.  Very polite and professional. <br />

Back yard:  Excellent job.  Designed and installed partial gutter to add to present system.  After installation, a heavy rain showed that it needed an additional baffle to redirect the water.  They came out and installed immediately.  Very good job. <br /> Front yard:  Installed a rain garden by connecting the downspout to underground drainage and holding area.  had to dig the underground ditch to install the drainage pipe.  Was warned about the in place existing sprinkler system and pipes were running throughout the yard.  Found a sprinkler head that was not attached to a pipe, Since it did not attach to an existing pipe, not sure what to do with it.   <br />       Woke up one morning to find my front yard flooded from water flowing out of the sprinkler system.  A hole had formed that showed the rain garden drainage pipe about 7" from a shredded sprinkler underground pipe.  It looked to me that the pipe had been hit with a shovel and had broken off.  I called the company and requested someone to come out to fix it.  Was told that it wasn't their fault and not responsible. <br /> <br /> Update: 14 August.  Back yard gutter guard was pushed down into the gutter allowing the water to overrun the gutter and create a large water puddle when the heavy rains came down.  Went into the office and talked with Wayne about the problem.  Also discussed the previous disagreement we had with service.  It was a miscommunication of the problem.   <br /> <br /> Immediate service on the faulty gutter found that a heavy object has caused the gutter adjacent to house to bend and the guard fell off the gutter.  They repaired the guard and installed a baffle to divert the water flow from roof.  Both owner and workmen were very gracious once the previous problem was aired and come to an understanding.   <br /> <br /> as a side note the front yard rain garden drain is working exactly as planned, saving water from the drainage system and keeping it in the yard.

They were prompt in giving a bid and although they were at the high end of bids, we selected them for their product selection and explaining in detail the process...it is now 2014 and although we sold it years ago, the same enclosure still stands strong.  Dolly Zichichi (at the time of service).
