He spent more than (2) hours yesterday at the home that my wife and I are about to purchase and checked it fully from top to bottom. I used Q&A home inspection for a 1918 home that needed to be remodeled. First off I would commend the inspector in being flexible with time and also available on the weekend. This was due it being difficult to merge work schedule for myself and my husband.The job was reasonable price and did match the statistics in cost around the area. However I mainly judge a job based on quality and customer service. The inspector was really good with engagement and was able to explain demostrate issues with the house. His report amwent above and included numerous fixture recommendations. This enabled me to clearly calculate my upgrade price before closing and having a well detailed report for negotiations with the seller.
