QB Floors

Quinten and his team did an amazing job refinishing my floors. His team worked diligently to get the job done in the quoted timeframe. They were kind, knowledgeable, and helped guide me through the process of choosing the right stain. I had existing hardwood in my living room, hallway, and main bedroom. I had new unfinished hardwood installed in two bedrooms and my kitchen. Needless to say after their work the floors seamlessly flow together and look flawless. I would have hired them to do the install if I hadn’t been in contract with another company which is a whole other story. However, they were able to fix the errors my original installer made for a fair price. Hire QB if you want your floors to not only be refinished but turn out looking like artwork.

QB is our go-to flooring contractor on every project. Hands down the best in the business. Reliable, responsive, and consistently delivering top-tier work, they set the standard every time they step on site. If you want it done right, Call QB. Quinten and his team are top notch! Highly recommend this company!

Quintin and his crew were absolutely flawless. The guys sanded the floors and repaired some damages in the existing hardwood. Quintin was very patient with us and showed us all the different stains while we made our decision. They did such an amazing job on the stairs and floors, we’re so glad we went with them for our renovation project!

Quintin and his team were stellar. I’m the type of client that wants to sit back, trust my contractor, and defer to their expertise. I could tell that he picked up on that immediately and dealt with the project accordingly. Our floors were complicated due to various reasons beyond their control, but they handled it with ease. We could not be happier with the results. Our floors are absolutely stunning. I can’t wait to hire them again next summer for our basement. You guys are the best!

We had a great experience working with Quinton at QB Floors. From start to finish, he brought a level of care, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail that really stood out. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. He kept us informed, explained each step clearly, answered every question, and gave thoughtful guidance whenever we had a decision to make. You could tell he genuinely cared about the finished product and wanted to make sure everything was done the right way. Quinton was responsive, patient, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. The quality of the work was excellent, but just as important was the confidence we had in him throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend Quinton and QB Floors to anyone looking for someone who takes pride in their work and truly cares about the details.

Quinton and his crew were perfectionists. They worked carefully and quietly, showed us a variety of stains to choose from, finished on time, and followed up. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

Workers arrived on time, introduced themselves and got right to work. Floors looked good after sanding and the first two coats of finish and even better after the final coat was done and dry the next day. Everything was cleaned up nicely. Early in the job workers called and suggested expanding the work to other rooms at a good price but accepted a no without problems. Only thing that would have made this a better experience would have been better communication up front about putting down new molding and thresholds. Late the first day they offered to do the work for an additional charge that sounded like a lot so I said no. After further research I found their price was a good one and I wish I would have had them do the work. Their equipment did the job but was not the linear machine I have seen before. Also I was not given a choice of sheen. I should have asked more questions. Still, floors look great and I am satisfied. There do not seem to be many people doing this kind of work. Only got two contractor suggestions and one installed new flooring, did not do refinishing. Fortunately my one choice turned out well.

Truly Outstanding! This contractor demonstrates knowledge of the trade, Top quality work, and attention to details from start to finish of the project. A pleasure to work with and it will be a pleasure to show off his finished produce.
