QCC Water Damage

Robert called me immediately upon request and was at my home within a few hours. He investigated the extent of the water damage, set up several fans and dehumidifiers, and within a few days my basement was dry again. Highly recommended!

We had a water damage emergency at our home in westchester after a supply line broke, flooding our walls and flooring. It was a huge mess, but 914 Mold came in and handled everything like pros. They removed all the damaged materials and made sure everything was thoroughly dried out to prevent any mold issues down the road. Rob was fantastic—he not only managed the cleanup but also connected us with a great adjuster and contractor for the rebuild. It made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. I have been so psyched to say amazing things about Rob and his crew and I was trying to find the right words to say it, so for awhile, I held out on writing any reviews. In short, 3 floors of my house flooded and left unaddressed for a week and a half since we are homeowners who don't know a thing about mold growth. We called a company that specializes in restoration who did a cursory review of the issue in my home, but it wasn't thorough enough. So I went back to searching. I randomly came across 914Mold through a totally random Facebook search instead of asking my neighbors or referring to online reviews. The gamble paid off. Rob showed up almost immediately after I gave him a call and immediately went to work, showing me that the flood we had endured the week before when a pipe burst needed to be dealt with *now.* For over a week, he and his crew came to my home and meticulously addressed everything, even spotting other random issues in my home that are worth addressing and giving advice on what to do on how to properly address the whole issue now that half of my house was gutted. When I had a contractor come and look at the work, he made a comment about how Rob's crew did a great job. And having workmen in your house for over a week can be annoying af, but Rob was actually a fun guy to be around. He has a great personality and is super pleasant to work with, he gives you your space, and takes care of *everything,* including moving furniture (and putting it all back!) and the removal of the little dumpster you will probably need if moldy pieces of your house are going to be tossed in the trash. In my case, we learned there was a hole in the floor, so he and his guys took care of that too (pictured). I never wanted to have a flood that damaged walls, floors, and insulation, but it made me meet the 914Mold guys so it was worth it. They are just great to work with. You can't go wrong with these dudes.
