QC Flow Solutions LLC

The young man who is the business owner (Preston), knocked on my door Friday and we made an appointment for Monday morning, 10 AM to flush my hot water heater and clean out the dryer vent. He arrived promptly on time, explained to me what he was going to do and how long he expected it to take and got right to work. He showed me all of the sediment coming out of the hot water heater, and everything he pulled from the dryer vent, He even cleaned up the dust underneath the dryer he had pulled away from the wall. He cleaned up after himself, put things back he had moved and was done pretty much in the predicted time. He is a very nice young man, polite and courteous. Before he left, we scheduled service for next year.

Preston is awesome!!

Fantastic service, easy booking, and great price. Very happy with my prompt and efficient service of both my dryer vent and water heater.

I messaged Preston about my water heater and dryer vent to be flushed- he got back to me quickly and scheduled the service easily. He was on time, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I will absolutely be saving his number for future reference.

Service was great! Very quick and efficient. My water feels and tastes better now, also great price too

QC Flow Solutions was the service I didn't know I needed! As a young, new business owner, I was impressed with the exceptional service Preston provided. My dryer and water tank are in a tight fit spot and he was able to work within the space given without disrupting any of my personal items. Preston educated me on how important it is to have this type of service completed regularly - increasing quality and longevity, plus performance and reduce maintenance and repair costs, especially that both of those appliances are outside. He showed me the amount of lint that was built up and educated me that the trap being cleaned regularly would help with upkeep between service appointments. For the water heater, I was surprised by the amount of sediment that had accumulated after only one year; I didn't know that was even possible! Preston was very personable and genuinely cares about building a long term relationship with his customers. He got to know me and my unique home needs. I definitely recommend QC Flow Solutions!

Preston was fantastic and our hot water heater is now totally flushed out. His communication was perfect and showed up exactly on time. Thanks for taking care of us!
