QC Flow Solutions was the service I didn't know I needed! As a young, new business owner, I was impressed with the exceptional service Preston provided. My dryer and water tank are in a tight fit spot and he was able to work within the space given without disrupting any of my personal items. Preston educated me on how important it is to have this type of service completed regularly - increasing quality and longevity, plus performance and reduce maintenance and repair costs, especially that both of those appliances are outside. He showed me the amount of lint that was built up and educated me that the trap being cleaned regularly would help with upkeep between service appointments. For the water heater, I was surprised by the amount of sediment that had accumulated after only one year; I didn't know that was even possible! Preston was very personable and genuinely cares about building a long term relationship with his customers. He got to know me and my unique home needs. I definitely recommend QC Flow Solutions!
