When our company was first founded in 2000, we were known as Quality Refrigeration Concepts. We initially focused on commercial refrigeration, but since have expanded into a HVAC company. We have established a great reputation over the years in the North and South Carolina region with contractors and homeowners as well. Although QRC has expanded over the years, we still hold true to the same core values. Do What You Say. Do The Right Thing, and Learn, Grow, or Leave.

The tech called me when he was on his way with an exact time of his arrival which I think is great. So guessing when someone is going to show up. Plus he gave me his name and was super polite. He reviewed the condition of my system with me and answered any questions I had. I will certainly use QRC again.

The lady that recived my phone call was nice and professional. She didn't ask my name before she started talking what the company had to offer. The services tech arrived on time. Very good explained each step of the process of checking the hvc system. They had and used shoe slip ons

When I called the office they were very nice and attentive to my questions. I had my furnace and heat pump serviced for the year. Everything went great the technician was very knowledgeable and able to tell me what needed to be performed on my oil furnace. It was great to experience a technician that was educated in heat pump to oil furnaces.
