Multiple attempts to contact Quentin. Appears number is no longer in service. 2nd request to have driveway fixed. Cement is crumbling and looks terrible!

Q was very nice and professional at the beginning. He came out, did the initial work and I was not happy with the massive slant of the finished extension. I asked him to come back and "even it out", noting that I wasnt expecting it to be perfectly level, but wanted it better. I agreed to pay him extra and he came out and attempted the fix. See pic of the "finished" project. Still not happy, I asked him to come back and make it right. He was out of town for some personal matters, but that was 2 weeks ago. Now he is not responding to any communication. I think this job was a little bigger than he anticipated.

Quentin responded to my inquiry and was able to come to my property for an estimate all in the same day. I had my new driveway in less than a week! His price was extremely competitive and the project was completed in one day. I appreciate him following up the next week to ensure I was satisfied. Great customer service!
