The remote receiver was not on box and therefore had to go back to store. I picked up receiver and was detained and didnt have phone with me. Invariably, I missed tech and texted and call to motify of situation, no respones. When I arrived home, I was informed that he was angry. Finally received a text which stated he would eventually come, which I inquired about a date since I had to leav town. To date, no response. The least that could have been said is, you'll be charged for a trip back rather than no communication. He was paid for a job which was incomplete and now I question the intall periodly. POOR/NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. CUSTOMER LOOKOUT!!!!!

Gerald came soon, and promptly removed the outlet. He was courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We are very happy with his work and will call him again for other electrical work.

After lightning hit my breaker box last night. I was without power in my bed/bath. Duke Energy told me to call an electrician. I went to Google and found Gerald. He solved my problem remotely in 15 minutes! Very knowledgeable and prompt! Highly recommend him!

Gerald is my new handyman! He’s very professional. His service is fast and efficient. I booked him for the assembly of a queen size bed frame & headboard. I requested his services around 9am, he arrived to my residence at 10:30am, then finished at 11:30am! PHENOMENAL!! He ensured that it was to my liking and moved it around until it was in the perfect spot. He also made sure it wasn’t crooked and even informed me how to properly move it if I decide to move it again so that it wouldn’t break or become damaged. If you need a trustworthy, reliable, and talented handyman he is definitely the right guy!

Excellent! I was in a bind because my air conditioner went out and I really wanted to at least get a ceiling fan installed so I could survive the heat. Gerald responded immediately, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and my lack of knowledge. He explained things to me as he went along. He did such an excellent job installing the ceiling fan that I had him install a new light fixture as well. I will definitely be having him come back out to install some recessed lights in my kitchen. I can not recommend him more highly! He takes pride in his work and is a man of his word! Hire him. You won’t regret it. I sure don’t!

Saturday and no AC. Called 3 other 24 hour companies and they told me they could be out on Monday. This company was at my house within an hour of me dialing his phone number. Fixed the problem promptly and charged a fraction of what others had quoted. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This is one phone number that will never leave my phone and will be the only person I recommend to my friends and neighbors! One of the few experiences in life where the service, quality, time and cost all exceeded my expectations! A++
