Tommy Lee was the perfect mix of professional and personable. The prices were more than fair and he went as far as to pop the water bubble that our leak caused (in 30 degree weather). We called pretty late in the day so we just assumed he wouldn't come until the morning but we were pleasantly surprised to have him call us to tell us he was on his way. The estimate was free so he checked under the house and gave us an accurate estimate within 20 minutes. The job was done fairly quickly and he had us laughing the whole time. 10/10 would recommend and hire again! Thank you Quality 1st Plumbing!
