I was not impressed with the service & would not use this company again. It was very much a bait & switch deal. There were 2 servicemen & only 1 did any actual work. The 2nd guy did the inspection of attic & the rest of his time was spent trying to sell me other services. Even after I told him I wasn't interested, he continued his sales pitch. I had to get adamant to get him to stop. The name on the van was not the same as the name of the company on Angie's list. I can only assume they were sub contractors. This was the 1st time I've had my air ducts cleaned & was very disappointed in the experience & the result. I would discourage anyone from using this company.
Response from Quality Air Duct Cleaning
"Dear [Member Name Removed] Sorry to inform you but you placed your review with the wrong company. We were not the company you used.We are Pure Air out of Arlington. We are a father and son team. We do not clean from the attic. We have been in business for 10 years. We do not sub contract. We do not use a work van either. And our vehicles are clearly market with our name and phone number.Sorry you had to go through this. If you would be so kind as to go back on your invoice and check the name you will see that it is not Pure Air. If you would be so kind as to contact us @ (817)719-2780 we would be happy to discuss this with you. Please go back and verify the company you used.If you go and read our reviews you will see you have the wrong company. There is another company that calls themselves "Pure Air Ways" and have been intercepting our business. We are not associated with this company. This is the second time someone has left a review for them on our profile. This is something we are currently trying to combat. We take pride in our work and all our other reviews confirm this.We have all A ratings on jobs that we have done. Please read what other people have written and you will see you have mistaken us for a different company. But in the mean time if you could please remove this post from our page we would appreciate not having our A rating lowered and we do not want to be associated with this company. Please identify the company you did use to help other consumers. And report the company you did use to the better business bureau."

Avoid this company! Hired to come out and clean and deodorize air ducts due to stale/musty odor emitting from supply vents. Suggested I also purchase sanitizer/deodorizer, which I did. I was advised that they would come back as often as necessary within 2 years to reapply the sanitizer/deodorizer. Within a day the odor returned. Also, none of my supply air vent grilles were removed, just the return vent grilles. How can we get rid of odor without cleaning the supply ducts which were the source of the odor? Well, I made the mistake of trusting their word that all duct work was indeed cleaned via the return ducts. Called the company within a few days of cleaning to ask them to return to sanitize/deodorize again under my 2 year warranty. Made an appointment for the following Monday between 12 and 4, they NO-SHOWED! I tried to call when they had not arrived by 4pm, no answer, left a voicemail. I never got a return call apologizing and offering to reschedule. So, I called them again and scheduled for the following Sunday between 9 and 12, they NO-SHOWED AGAIN! Now I can't reach anyone via email or phone. I sent an email requesting a full refund of $353.97, no response. I called each of two phone numbers I have for the company, no answer. Then, I get a call from 214-206-5612, when I answer the party hangs up. I called back and lo and behold it's Texas-Duct Cleaning of Dallas. Unbelievable how unprofessional this company is in their behavior, lack of communication, and total disregard for responsible business practices. I have disputed the charge with Bank of America, wish me luck.

Not well at all. When I booked the appointment I was told someone would call me to set up a time. Never happened. I had to call them. The deal included cleaning my dryer vent and the representative tried to leave my house without cleaning my dryer vent. I had no idea he need to go into my attic. He either stepped off the platform or placed boxed on the attic floor. This caused damage to my ceiling in my house. We both took pictures. No one from Quality Air Duct Cleaning called me. I had to call them. They have never called me back after I have left a few messages

I bought a basic cleaning coupon through Angie's List. They discovered mold upon doing the cleaning, which was legitimate. So we hired them for a lot of $$$ to do the deep cleaning. Eight months later, we see signs of mold and it's affecting our health. Since they said the work was guaranteed, I tried to get in touch with them -- twice through Angie's List and twice via phone (I got a voicemail for what sounded like a different company). I did not hear back and their website appears to be gone.

The work was never completed. In fact, I to this day have not been contacted by the company. I paid $99 for a coupon to have our ducts cleaned. My receipt shows the order date to be July 25. Today is August 12. I sent an email to the company email address on my receipt. Never got a reply. I just subscribed to Angies List 3 or 4 months or so ago. This is the second contractor I have tried. Same thing happened with the first contractor. Am I the only one this is happening to? I myself am a contractor and am appalled to see companies get prepaid for services and then go weeks without even contacting the customer to schedule the work. after I get this refund (2 out of 2) I will be cancelling my AL subscription.

BEWARE!! BEWARE!! I absolutely CANNOT recommend this company. I hired them last December to clean my air ducts for two AC units...... a big deal purchase plus one more unit. They wanted to upsell me, but I declined and asked them to perform the regular cleaning and to give me an estimate for the deep clean as a possibility in the future. They gave me an estimate for a future deep clean, which seemed expensive to me, but had no comparison at that point. The weather turned cold a week later, and both vents where they attached their cleaning device had NO AIR coming out al all. I called them immediately, and they reluctantly scheduled a return visit for the first of January. Late afternoon the day before our appt., they called and canceled on my voicemail. I called them two weeks later and asked when we are they coming back. We made another appt. for the end of January. NO ONE SHOWED UP AND NO PHONE CALLS TO RESCHEDULE. My handyman took a look and said it appeared they injured both ducts. My HVAC serviceman said they collapsed both ducts. I called another company, Mr, Duct Cleaner, and they replaced both ducts and performed a deep clean for a far lesser price than Quality quoted when they were trying to upsell. Quality Air Duct Clean, a misnomer for sure, is in the business of doing the $99 Special at which time they hope to upsell. They do NOT stand behind their work. They do not keep their word, and they do not keep their appointments. I have given them ample time to make good on their work, and they have demonstrated bad faith. I would recommend another company, as it seems I am one of several who have had a very bad experience with their non-professionalism. Good Luck.

The one guy working on the unit seemed to know what he was doing. I just don't know if the work I paid for was actually done.

Very happy with the service. Amazing and thorough work. Finally had the air ducts cleaned after a few years and could immediately feel the difference. The air felt so much cleaner and it was easier to breathe with all the dirt out of the air ducts. The service was excellent and highly recommended. I will definitely be using this company again and getting the air ducts cleaned more often.
