my first contact was on friday the week before and talked to them and have the technician called me and asked me to send a picture of the serial no. at 9pm he asked me that he does not remember talking to me, he didn't understand what I was talking about. He said he'll be here on saturday by 10-12 am. he never showed up and called the company never received a callback. i need to wait until monday, gave him a call and he is very angry, rude and never received an apology, said they're gonna push me out and I asked for discount. sp said that he refused to work with me and I call the company and explain what happened. I gave the guy a chance to do the project, he was rude with me all the way from door until the end.. I have my mom as witness on how rude, disrespectful he was. I was sitting their and watching her fixing the dryer and didnt agreed with his findings with our dryer. i had a feeling that it was really not the button that has a problem, and that he would like to double charge me and have him back to do the service again, I dont want to have him go back, I want my money back and look for another company that can really help me with the project.

I had a 20% off coupon .The freezer had defrosted overnight and I needed someone to repair it immediately. The company I usually hire for these services was not available that morning so I called Quality Appliance Repair. They were able to send someone out that morning at 10:30am. Victor made the repair it now works great.
