I would like to thank Patrick from Quality Builders of Ohio for helping my stepfather when a wind storm came through. Patrick started by helping us tarp the roof as many of the shingles had blown off. Then Patrick helped us work through the entire process of replacing the roof with the insurance company. Patrick extensive knowledge also helped us ensured the roof was replaced correctly as my stepfather’s house was built in the 1930’s and has spaced decking. Patrick worked with the insurance adjuster to have the decking replaced under Ohio code. This ensured that the shingles are nailed to new OSB board instead of the original house boards. Attached are some pictures of the roof being completed. I would like to thank Patrick, his crew and Quality Builders of Ohio for being there for every step of the process to replace my stepfather’s roof. They were able to complete the work in one day and I highly recommend them. When I need my roof replaced I will be calling them again.

We had some damage to our roof from a storm. Sean came out took some pictures, submitted them to our insurance. Met the adjuster out here and got the entire roof replaced as well as new gutters and downspouts. The crews showed up and removed and replaced the entire roof in one day. The gutter crew was just as efficient. High quality work very professional installers! We highly recommend Quality Builders of Ohio

Where to start? You never know what you're going to get when someone comes to your door and tells you they can do a storm assessment on your roof. Of course, before I committed to anything, I did my due diligence and looked up their reviews and I couldn't believe that a contracting company on Google received 4.9 stars! My fellow reviewers were spot on! From the very beginning, Quality Builders they took great care of our roof process from dealing with insurance, to the Solar Company, keeping me constantly updated and the process was so simple! My main point of contact on the project was Dave Shumate. Wow! What a gem of a contractor. He was in continuous communication, would even send holiday messages to us, which was above & beyond! They helped me through the insurance claim process, it was our first time making a claim on the house, and would help me with every question I had. Next, they had to schedule with the solar company for panel removal and reinstall, I barely had to speak to anyone with the solar company. Dave also came to a meeting with another guy who helped me pick out the shingle and drip edge colors. He made sure I knew exactly what to expect the day of our install and if I ever had a question (usually about solar) and he didn’t have the answer, he would immediately contact his company, get an answer and get back to me ASAP. When it was time to install the roof, I was floored by how many people they had here to complete the job. Dave of course was present and watching over everything for us. They arrived when they said they would and done by 5pm. They did an amazing job cleaning everything up, we never even found so much as a rouge nail left in the yard. We had some issues with the solar company when they arrived to reinstall our panels, from not finishing and returning a couple of days later to leaving our yard an absolute mess. Dave contacted the solar company to issue a complaint for us and was successful at getting the solar company to reimburse us some money. Due to the sloppy job they did on our yard, Dave even came back for a final roof inspection to make sure they didn’t leave the roof looking as bad. Unfortunately, they left a bunch of trash up on the roof too, but Dave took care of all of it. Would I recommend Quality Builders of Ohio for your next home project?! Absolutely, over and over! Answering that knock on my door last fall was the best decision I could have made for improvement to my home. A huge thank you to Dave Shumate and the Quality Builders of Ohio team!

When I lost a bunch of shingles to wind damage the thing I was dreading most was dealing with the insurance company. While still waiting on the insurance company to get back to me I noticed a flyer and business card stuck in my door. I called Doug and he came over that day and got pictures of all the damage and tarped it up for me for free. Doug then helped in every step of the process in working with the insurance company and really helped to get things done quickly. As for the work itself, it was done quickly and efficiently and the new roof looks great, even had my neighbors out admiring it.

Anthony was very pleasant to work with. He was fast and efficient and I was shocked at how easy and painless the entire process was and how quickly it was done. Love the color and quality of service!

Quality Builders of Ohio is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They came out to do the estimate the day I called them, and the roof was done a week later. This was a garage roof, and they matched my house shingles perfectly!No debris left, and they worked with my insurance carrier so I didn't have to. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done!

A storm took a large amount of shingles and siding off my home. They worked with my insurance to ensure my claim was approved. Having recent issues with other contractors fulfilling their work, I was very leery to find a company to complete this work. After speaking with Robert, he understood my expectations and did a fabulous job keeping me informed of timeframes. I met with his team when it came to picking out the siding because I wanted a different look for my home. They nailed the look I wanted and I cannot say how wonderful this company is!

Everything went smoothly. John walked me through the process every step of the way, and even helped me file a claim with my insurance company. He went above and beyond our expectations, and we couldn’t be any happier with the end results. Our roof looks amazing. Clean up was spectacular. I had roof and siding done turned out great could not be happier with the outcome, very professional crew. They finished each job in one day. Our insurance company had rejected a previous storm damage claim from another roofer, but Quality Builders Of Ohio got it approved. We got an entirely new roof completely covered by insurance with some upgrades. Quality Builders Of Ohio did an awesome job with everything!

The job was done in a day! Noah and Dustin were great to work with! They helped with contacting our HOA as we have certain deed restrictions on shingle selection. They worked well with the insurance adjustors. They were very professional to work with. I highly recommend Quality Builders.
