Initia interactions with Quality Builders and Remodelers (QB&R) were favorable. Communication was good, showed up on time, work looked good etc. (Job was to install vinyl siding and vinyl shake shingles) After crew left I started finding nails and waste in yard. Still not a big deal. 6 months after the vinyl was installed, I started to see bulging in the siding, almost looked like the vinyl was expanding under heat. Called and left a message with QB&R to advise them of the bulging and asked if they would take a look to see if anything could be done. Never heard from them, Six more months went by and a significant wind storm blew shake shingles off a dormer, and loosened a number of other shingles on a gable end. This time I called three contractors to price the job, including QB&R. Two of the contractors thought it had been installed incorrectly. QB&R suggested they were busy, but would take a look and get back to me. That was ~ 6 weeks ago and I've yet to hear from them.

Rudy and his crew did an amazing job. They installed 2 windows and 2 storm doors and an entry door. They also sided my rear addition. The crew was amazing and efficient. Rudy was very professional and kept me informed every step of the job from start to finish. I would upload pictures but the app doesn't like the size

The work took a total of three days. They did a good job quality wise. The clean up each of those three days could have been better.

Everything I did inside the house Quality Builders took care of it. I tend to find people who did a good job, were reliable and did the work that made me happy and I stick with them. The first job they put in was new windows, which was probably almost between fifteen and twenty year ago. They would complete the job, as you want it. They would do whatever it takes to make sure that you were satisfied with the work that they were doing. I say that because they had put in my garage doors last spring and one of them was just loud. So, they were out. I had called Rudy several times and he had sent somebody right out, they diagnosed the problem and got it taken care of. There was no charge for that, they just came out and took care of it. In terms of punctuality, I had to call them more than once a couple of times. It did not frustrate me if I knew that they were busy. I would use their services again in the future.

The job was completed by an older expert worker and a young trainee in a very timely fashion.  Both workers were nice and courteous.  Some minor damage occured to the window screens, but it was not reported to the company.  The following spring the very top piece of the siding on the north side became loose and needed to be re-attached.  We reported it to the owner of the company several times.  He finally sent someone to take care of the problem, but he did not have a tall enough ladder.  We were told that someone came again and no one was home.  The company owner was contacted again several timnes and I was told that as soon as a current job was completed, someone would come and make the repair.  No one has contacted us to date after we have called and visited to office several times.  The siding is still in need of repair.
