I called Quality Carpet Cleaning after moving into my new home and seen it desperately needed a cleaning. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. They arrived right on time. I showed them the stains I was concerned about and they explained the pretreatments they would do, very knowledgeable. They even moved some of my furniture for me. I was very happy with the results, especially since I had white carpeting. I also asked them if they would be able to clean one of my throw rugs and they were very happy to do it. Very reasonably priced and did a great job. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again myself.

I was supposed to get my carpet cleaned on 6/23 at 830 am but due to our home closing getting rescheduled, I had to call and reschedule our carpet cleaning. Michael was awesome. He was able to call his other customers and move some stuff around to accommodate the time of the carpet cleaning due to the time of our closing. When they came to our home they were very knowledgable and very professional. Michael looked at our carpet and explained to us what they were going to do. We had 3 rooms and a hallway cleaned. It looked fantastic! Would definitely recommend. I will be calling in the next week to get our couches cleaned too!

iBecause I needed to purchase a home with all the living space on one level, my options were limited.  When I first looked at the house, the smell of cat urine was srong enough to make my eyes water.  I couldn't even tell where the smell was coming from, the odor was so pervasive.  i joined Angies List, knowing I would need many services since the house was short-listed.  I decided to try Quality Carpet Cleaning Co because they had a special of $238 for 5 areas.  I was hoping the odor would be a little more bearable until I could afford to have the carprt ripped out.  Scott, the techician, had a black light which showed where the smell was coming from.  He called me and reported that there were multiple problem areas that he would treat with a deodorizer.  He called again because one spot was very saturated from multiple cat accidents.    He would need to use a special process on the spot and industrial chemicals.  At my request he marked all the problem areas with blue tape so I could check them for odor.  He also informed me that the carpeting was quite new and of high quality which changed my mind about removing it . I am happy to say that the carpeting looks beautiful and that the cat stink is completely gone.  Some carpet cleaning companies charge by the spot, but Scott only added $165 for all the extra work.  I like that he informed me of the additional charges before he did the work so I could decide whether or not to have them done.  I am very pleased with Scott and Quality Carpet Cleaning Co and would use them again in a heartbeat. Definitely an A+ company! <br />

Quality Carpet Cleaning is simply the best! They contacted me right away after my purchase.  They arrived promptly at the scheduled time.  They explained the cleaning they were going to do and the possible issues they might have -- heavy traffic areas, pet stains, etc. <br /> They pretreated the rugs and thoroughly cleaned them.  The rugs looked beautiful.  I highly recommend Quality Carpet Cleaning.  I would definitely use their service again. <br />

I have white carpeting and had several carpet stains left from my grandchildren that were especially difficult to get out.  Before Scott did anything for the stains, he told me what he could and couldn't do to get them out.  He tried everything, and as a last resort did an extra ($25 per stain) cleaning with a very strong solution. One stain (from red gatorade) is still faintly visible, but 100% better than what I was able to do on my own.  Very professional, polite, on time, and efficient.  My carpeting looks beautiful.  I will definitely use them again. <br />
