If you care about quality, professionalism, and courtesy do not use this company. Frank, the owner, is a joke. Despite being given pictures/info beforehand, he failed to bring actual tools needed, and had ONLY shovels to dig in hard clay. It took 3 grown men 6 hours to dig 24 inches deep for a 6x8 slab. Frank sat/slept in his truck during the majority of this time. With the correct tools, the dig would have taken less than 30 minutes. A heavy rain was forecast for later in the day and because of how long the dig was taking, I asked Frank if they should postpone the pour. He literally yelled at me in my own yard and told me he would not kill his men for me'. I asked him to leave and he refused. He yelled, I am not going anywhere!'. What Frank apparently failed to intellectualize is the 'killing' of his men was the result of his own stupidity (not bringing correct tools and not helping them). I found his behavior so threatening that I called my brother to come over. Once he arrived, Frank changed his tune immediately and even began helping his men dig. I guess Frank is okay with speaking to women in a threatening manner but does not have the courage to speak to men the same way. By the way, it did rain that evening on the freshly poured slab. Do yourself a favor and do not use Frank. He may give you a cheaper estimate, but I'd pay more to get a contractor who is properly equipped for the job and a company that is run by a person of good character. If this review deters even one person, it will be worth the time I spent to post it.
