start seemed great. Dave seemed very friendly and likeable. Once work started and money exchanged, he became nearly impossible to get ahold of.

It is not going....I have his supplies all over, trash, wood trash outdoors not taken, does not come or call, excuses or problems. We have a housing assoc. and I am afraid they are not going to like the mess. You can see through the window where wallpaper was torn off and took top layer is wallboard. Very confusing, I cannot figure it out, never seen anything like this. I have had two painters over the years who have brought their scaffolding for high places but this guy does not have ladders, lights any of that. I do not know what to do. I have saved for this job for a long time and am disappointed. It would take him forever to get finished with missing so many days. If you need more formation please ask. I am so disappointed, confused I am in a daze. I really think he intended to take down payment and not finish the job. <strong> <br /> <br /> Work Performed</strong> <br /> As of the date of this resolution request, contractor has not completed any single item as outlined in the agreement. There has been partial wallpaper removal and mudding, no trim work completed, no bulkheads repaired, no ceilings smoothed, and very limited priming and painting with most of the house untouched. <br /> Additionally, the quality of work performed was below the standard we had discussed. Damages to flooring and bathroom cabinetry occurred during the project, as did bubbling on walls where work had actually been done. <br /> <br /> <br /> David Cisneros came  to work 4/22/2014. Had two guys cover wood floors. Cisneros left after an hour. 4/23/2014, did not show until 2:00, stayed one hour, he was called into prosecutor's office. Said he had been served papers. 4/24/2014, Cisneros started upstairs painting for 5 hours in a small bedroom-- only ceiling and four walls primed. No door, windows, closets painted-- he did this with another guy who is not a painter but helper. 4/25/2014, Cisneros worked 5 hrs. in small bathroom took down water chest which is heavy and placed it on top of my daybed. 4/28/2014 to May 1, 2014, did not come or call. Friday, May 2, 2014, came and started on two upstairs closets and one down. I have not heard or seem him since, I have called him and gotten voicemail on his cell. I called him using a different cell phone number and got his voicemail only. I have asked him to call me when he cannot come but he has not. I keep waiting around all day canceling doctor appts. My neighbor and relatives have seen the work and commented on how house is trashed and little jobs started in my bedroom and upstairs some wallpaper has been taken off second day by his helpers. Trash has been left inside to take away and outside I have a pile of wood that has been there since 5/2/2014 which he said he would bring a truck and take away. He has worked 17 hrs. In 12 days. He tells me he will be back at 9:00 the next day and he a no show. I have spent $7000. For a mess. He is no painter. I do not know if Cisneros will be here tomorrow. He said he hired two guys for this pass Monday, May, 5th but no one came. I checked at Sherwin Williams and he has billed to Quality Construction, 3945 N 1350 E, Converse, IN 46919. He lets on like he is from Marion when he talks and also on Angie'sList. He said job would take 2/12 to 3 weeks. There is a second payment due when half done and it is far from half done. He seems to know it. He makes excuses for why he is not here. I told him I had a wedding party coming 3rd week in May. He has been the only one here for 4 of the days because the other one was just here first day and Jason has been here three days for small help.

Did a wonderful job. He completed most of the work himself, and was here if anyone else was here that was working for him. He was very professional and courteous, and was even great with my kids. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has constuction needs, including a friend that he is already doing work for.

He is a very kind person and I really appreciated that he was always respectful. I asked questions about the project and he didn't just brush it off. He really did try to educate me on what he was doing what he was doing. It did not bother him at all that I asked questions and that was very important to me. I feel like the project was set at a reasonable price.

They did a great job on the work and were excellent. I liked that the owner was always on the job and doing most of the work. We had a couple of guys do work previously for us and the owners were only around when it was time to pay. I can't say enough good things and praises for them. I have no complaints as they were simply excellent.

The work was excellent. He was always on time, and if he couldn't make it, he'd call. He always communicated with me. He did a great job, and we're very happy. He's actually getting ready to come out and do more work for us.

The work was very professional from start to finish.  Very easy company to work with and felt comfortable with them in my home. <br /> <br />

He also put in some track lighting. He has done multiple things for my home dealing with home improvement. He does an awesome job and is very qualified. He can do anything when it comes to construction. He is very professional. People always ask me who did my deck.
