Jason just finished up our master bathroom remodel. He is a skilled craftsman, does beautiful work and has great attention to detail. I am a type A person and Jason and I got along great! He brought me in on every decision and explained clearly what the options were. He worked well with my design and his expertise made it even better. (See the before and after photos.) Charles and Jason did an amazing job in quickly removing and replacing my old vinyl floor. They kept me looped in during the whole process explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it. This really established a great repertoire between us and I felt comfortable asking them questions about the process. I didn't feel like it was just some nameless, faceless crew coming through my house and ripping it apart. I genuinely felt that they cared about helping me make my home closer to what I want to be.

First time home buyer with a bathroom that needed work, when a friend suggested Quality Custom Improvements. Jason and Chip did a fantastic job replacing the warped and water damaged floor, moldy cabinets, and the dirty sink and shower. They did excellent work and would definitely use them for home improvement projects in the future.

Service with QCI was all around excellent. They were very accommodating to creating what and how I wanted my home to look like. They paid very close attention to detail and perfected each of the installations all while keeping things neat and tidy. They were very respectful, professional and seem like good family men. Pricing was also very fair and they were able to negotiate in terms of sharing with me all of my options for what I wanted. I will continue to hire QCI for all of my future home improvements!
