Jon was great to work with. Their crew completed the entire install in 2 days starting early and working late. Floor looks great. Would not hesitate to use Quality Epoxy im the future. <br />

Jon recently finished out garage floor and we could not be more satisfied with his work. My home was built in 1978, so needless to say, the 30+ year old garage floor was in pretty bad shape. The previous owners had painted it several times with what looked to be black latex paint, and the slab was riddled with oil and other stains. This was no problem for Jon. By the end of the first day, the slab was already prepped and covered in its first coat of epoxy. Awesome! <br /> Jon always arrived when he said he would, was extremely courteous and professional, and worked quickly. When we were not happy with the original color we selected, Jon worked with us and our budget to make the color change (back to the color he originally suggested - we should have listened to him in the first place!). Despite of having to re-do the color, Jon still finished ahead of schedule. <br /> A few weeks after the floor had been completed we noticed some bubbling in the top coat which seemed to be caused by my motorcycle's kickstand. When we called Jon about the issue, he was glad to come back out and refinish the *entire* surface, free of charge. In addition to fixing the issue, he gave us a top coat upgrade (to a harder, more durable material) free!! It's now been a month and everything is still shiny and like new. <br /> Overall Jon did an outstanding job and we would wholeheartedly recommend him to our friends and family! poor customer service and follow up. refused to repair where epoxy did not stick. <br />

"The member did call me back in the first week of August after I completed his job and complained to me that debris blew into his garage. I had shared with him that I have no control of mother nature. He did not like what I had to say but the customer service I provided was excellent. I called him back that same day he had called me. Now, 6 weeks later I got an email from Angie’s List saying I have a new review that came in. The review was from the member indicating that he has an area where his floor peeled up and that my customer service was horrible. This was a huge surprise to me because when he called me back in August, I called him back the same day and he never mentioned anything to me on how is floor had an area that had peeled. For someone who has been coating floors for 15 years, I am extremely knowledgeable in this field. The member called me and complained before his 7 days were up so I knew that no one had been driving on his floor so during his complaint that he has brought forward on Angie’s List was a shock. Coatings just do not peel randomly. If the member had told me that he had an area that had peeled, I would have asked the member to please take a picture and email it to me so I could see it since he lives 2.5 hours away from me and I could have fixed the issue. Talked with at least 4 other contractors before deciding to go with Jon. His pricing was the best and his website has tons of great info on it to use for reference, which actually helped me out when talking with some of the other contractors. This was not only our first house, but new construction, so I grilled him on the phone about all aspects of the process and products he uses. He is very knowlegable and patiently explained everything. At the end of the call, I was more comfortable with him than any of the others and could tell that he really cares about doing a good job. <br /> We have a good size 3-car garage (nearly 700SF) which he estimated at 3 days to complete, but he got it done a day early. <br /> We love the floor and couldn't be happier with it. Always wanted one of these and glad we trusted our new house to Jon. We've recommended him to everyone that we talk with who is thinking about an epoxy job of any kind.

This was one of the best decisions we have made. We now have a beautiful epoxy floor with a lifetime guarantee. It is as shiny as the day it was installed. So far it has performed exactly as promised. The color choice turned out to be perfect. The overall experience was outstanding, well above my expectations. We were given a schedule which was adhered to precisely. This included coordination with a team of workers who removed the old coating. The job was started at exactly the time promised. It was finished a little ahead of schedule, less than three days later. The quality of the work was outstanding. We hardly noticed they were on site. There were no hassles, problems or hiccups of any kind at all. These guys have done this for a long time and have got it down pat. I recommend this company without hesitation or qualification.

We were very impressed from start to finish. <br /> <br /> I got quotes from several providers. The price was as good or better than all other providers after talking/emailing Jon a few times I felt most comfortable with him in terms of process, materials used, lifetime warranty, and responsiveness. I wanted to make sure the job was done right and that the epoxy did not pull up in this harsh Arizona environment. We also had a time constraint. We were moving into this house and wanted to get the floor done as quickly as possible so that we could begin using the garage. <br /> <br /> Many times contractors talk a good game but don't follow-thru but in this case, Jon met or exceeded our expectations. He was very accommodating with our time schedule -started on the Friday of the holiday weekend and actually finished the job early! The floor looks terrific and we are very happy. The floor really does look like it will last and we feel good that we have a lifetime warranty. I look forward to updating this report as the years go by to give updates. <br /> <br /> I would highly recommend this company.
