Sept 2014 Called Malcom Caillouet and Gordon Clinton they made the appraisal and a few weeks later the work was done. I had roofing nails in the tires of everything I own several times. I finally rented a large magnet and cleaned the best I could. Roof looked good but a short time later still in Sept 2014 had a leak I called them six (6) times to get them to come out and make a repair, it still leaked they came out again and finally repaired the roof. They DID NOT fix the ceiling in the bathroom that was cracking and bubbled from the water leak. Now here we are several years later September 2020 - January 2021 and the roof is leaking again in the same spot. I called six (6) times over the past 3 months only to get the run around too busy with big dollar jobs to mess with mine. Said they would be out twice and did not show up and do not return my calls. Its a life time roof and they warranted My next call is to a lawyer to sue this company and this time they WILL fix the ceiling in my bathroom.

Everything went great! My new roof looks awesome, and they handled the insurance company for me 100%, all I had to pay out of pocket was my deductible. Would highly recommend!

I was given a 2 year warranty for a roof repair. I know nothing about roofs so I trusted the opinion and price of the guy estimating and examining my roof. I paid what I now know was a outrageous price for poor work. I have had 8 different roof companies come to examine the roof without stating any previous issues. 7 out of the 8 told me the entire repair needed to be redone and the leak I now have damaging my attic and inside wall is due to this repair. I also, found out they contact there work out to "undocumented workers ". After doing some research I found out several people have complained and reported them. The owner promised 4 times to come check out the issue and stood me up all 4 times. He will not answer the phone or respond to emails. I am very disappointed and want to warn people especially women who are not familiar with these things.

This was the only contractor who put everything I asked for in my contract. I know I can trust them which means a lot to me. I took the time to drive by two homes recently done by them; I even stopped and spoke with one of the homeowners who was very happy with the work done. They even went out of the way to make sure my chimney was sprayed to match the shingles. The crew was fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend Quality Exterior Services, thank you Malcolm. I love my new roof!!! <br />

<p>HAD 3 ROOFER COME CK ROOF AND A INSPECTOR ALL SAID THE ROOF WAS INSTALLED VERY POORLY AND NOTHING WAS UP TO CODE. NEW ROOF HAS TO BE REPLACED THEY ALSO COME ON MY PROPERTY AND STOLE SOME OF MY MATERIALS I HAVE THEM ON MY CAMERAS.</p> <br />
