They were responsive and skilled in the labor. However, the level of the quality was not up to my expectations. I was hopeful they would be able to remove all cracks, insure consistency in the grouting, but they did not provide a consistent service and I had to report flaws in the service to the inspector. Their color choices also did not match the color scheme of the bathroom which should have been an easy fix.
