Sean was a pleasure to do business with. He explained the process for my cabinets very thoroughly and clearly. The end result of the process was fantastic! My cabinets, which were scratched and worn looked as though they came out of the factory brand new. I am very pleased with the work done and would hire Quality Furniture Service llc again.

From day one, Sean gave us a very affordable and comprehensive quote. He explained the whole cabinet refinishing process and showed us samples of the types of finishes we could choose from. We also needed to have our front door painted. Once hired, Sean and his team got to work. From beginning to end, they were very professional and took the time to make sure the whole process was as painless as possible. Sean and his team finished the job in a timely basis and the result was amazing. Our kitchen cabinets and front door came out much better than we expected. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Sean and his colleague. They repainted our kitchen cabinets and from start to finish they were professional, kind, and easy to communicate with. He also worked hard to get the project done in a relatively short timeframe which we greatly appreciated. The cabinets look beautiful — we will definitely contact them again for our next project.

Initially when Sean came and took the cabinet doors and drawers off to sand them, he seemed like he knew what he was doing. When it came time to execution, he over promised and under delivered. Now less than one year later the cabinets, doors, and drawers are all chipping or faded. He would spend 10 hours at a time with apparently nothing really getting done. Doors were hung crooked, the holes from the previous hinges were not filled properly or filled with paint, the slow-close sliding drawers and hinges don’t work. Cabinet doors were put back lopsided or hung unevenly. He never even bother to paint the crown molding to match the color I chose for the cabinets. The crown molding and bottom floor molding are coming off. The molding he cut out is actually short. I am very unhappy with this kind of work and would not recommend him to anyone.

The job went great and everything looked great. In Addition, the owner Sean was a true gentleman and very professional and reliable. I would refer all my friends and family to Sean and Quality Furnture.
