Patrick the owner, single handedly cleared our front yard of old shrubs, evergreens, mulch and rocks to prepare yard for next phase. He completed this job in less than weeks time, we have a very large front yard. He put in long days and worked tirelessly, was extremely dedicated, and exemplified a strong work ethic. Patrick stayed in close communication with us at all times. We look forward to working with him in the near future. Hire this company you will not be disappointed. I can’t recommend him more! He was all done himself. Came back a couple of days to complete - on time. Did a real throughout job.

Patrick responded to my inquiry immediately. He arrived right on time to meet my father, the owner of the property, listened carefully to his concerns, and made a series of recommendations on how best to proceed. Throughout the course of the large project, which took a crew of four several days to complete, Patrick kept in mind the importance of eliminating future problems and made very smart and aesthetically pleasing decisions. In the end, my father was very satisfied with the work of Quality Garden Services, and I would recommend them to anyone with lawn/garden or landscaping needs. I only wish there was a way on Angie's List to post before-and-after pictures to illustrate this company's excellence, as the difference is astonishing.

The work was completed in an afternoon and all material was hauled away. They did exactly what they said they would. Very good company!

Conscientious and diligent.

Patrick has been managing our exterior grounds for several years now. He does excellent work, is very professional and dependable and his rates are fair. We would highly recommend him. <br /> <br />

Patrick himself is great. He arrived, we quickly agreed on a price and he started work immediately. He is an incredibly hard worker, smart and professional, and I was confident that he would be able to finish our project to our specifications on time and within budget. On day two, however, Patrick was not part of the crew most of the time, and his crew was not as great. They did a tremendous amount of work, but I feel that Patrick over-promised what they could do, how quickly they could do it and how it would look when they were done. His crew typically arrived late every day (one day, they didn't arrive until after 4pm), and they failed to complete all of the work necessary. Although Patrick told us he would be done in three days, they took almost five days, primarily because they arrived so late each day. I spent about four hours over the weekend finishing up - pulling large patches of crabgrass from ground cover beds, cutting down unwanted tree shoots that were supposed to be part of the cleanup, pulling grass from the path and just general weeding and picking up the rock bed under two large evergreen trees. In addition, they laid sod down OVER our sprinkler heads, which basically renders them useless. My husband spent some time over the weekend finding the sprinkler heads and cutting into the sod to make sure they could pop up. Of course, he can't be certain he found them all. They are covered with mud, and we won't know until we turn on the system later this week if any have been damaged. Bottom line: I would hire Patrick again, but I would be more focused in what I have him do, and I would insist that he be part of the work team or that he guarantee the work.
