The comfort consultant was very professional. He presented possible solutions and discussed the extent of work that would be needed to reach my goals. He assured me their workers were top notch, dependable and trustworthy. I found all of this to be true. They always covered their shoes as they entered the house. They had to move all kinds of stuff in the basement and attic to complete the job. They even fixed a ceiling fan in a bedroom as it looked like they may have knocked it loose, when in fact it had been that way for years (Bonus!). Everyone I worked with from the receptionists to the workers were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this company. They are excellent! PS - Thank you for the lunch kit full of cookies. Yum :D

Koli came out and found the perfect furnace and options for our house and budget.  He explained the process in detail and covered the costs and financing.  He expedited the service for us, since we had no air in 90+ weather, and got the furnace installed the next day. <br /> <br /> Ian and Steve did a fantastic job on the installation.  Because of the configuration of our split level house it took the had to stay longer than an 8 hour day, but they stayed until after 8:00 PM to assure we were set for the night.  They were professional, friendly, and neat. They were very knowledgeable and knew the best way to install our system.   <br /> <br /> The installation looks great.  the furnace runs perfectly, and they cleaned up the job site spotlessly. <br /> <br /> We could not have asked for a better experience. <br /> <br /> We have used Quality Heating & Cooling several times and found them to be great for whatever task we needed done.  We would highly recommend Quality Heating & Cooling. <br /> <br />   <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

<p>Blake was the sales person and was great to work with.  He was all about quality and workmanship after the furnaces were installed and had them come back out to re seal some duct work, but all was good.  </p> <p>Fred was involved in both portions of the project. He was a pleasure to have at the house (My dog loves him as well).  The most recent portion of the project was the air conditioner installation.  Fred, Dave, Joe and Ian were the technicians involved in this all day project.  They were punctual and all very friendly and personable.  There were a couple things that held them up and they stayed positive and worked longer than most companies would have in the same situation. </p> <p>We had a tree fall on our power lines the afternoon of the installation and they continued to proceed without power (using flashlights when needed) until the power was restored.  </p> <p>I think that most would have left at this point but not these guys... Really a class act!!</p> <p>They had a long day and still stayed positive and remained pleasant and were all a pleasure to deal with!</p> <p>I would recommend this crew without reservation for any of your future HVAC needs!</p> <p><br /></p>

The receptionists are very pleasant and made scheduling very easy. They even have evening appointments. Fred, Steven and Mark left no mess behind and we were never without heat. They took two days to finish and they did and amazing job cutting drywall and making everything fit. Top notch company. They do everything right. <br />

It went great.  The young man came in and went right to work.  I bought the house a year prior and apparently this has not been done on this heating system probably since it was installed.  The technician showed me before he started and after and it has been running much better. <br />

<p>My Goodman Furnace stopped working on the evening of 11/30/15. I called Quality and told them that my Goodman furnace would not start up. They told me it was after hours and the service fee would be $129 just to look at it. I thought that $129 was a bit to high so I asked how much they would charge if I waited till regular hours the next day and they said it would be $89 / just to look at it. I agreed to wait till the next day. I had asked them on the phone if they service Goodman furnaces and they told me they did. The next day Cody arrived early an inspected the furnace and decided the inducer motor was bad and needed to be replaced. I then provided him with my warranty from Goodman (that covers the parts and labor) and he told me they would not honor the warranty from Goodman because they are not a dealer. When I asked why did you tell me you service Goodman furnaces but do not honor the manufactures service agreement, he replied that they are actually not a authorized dealer. He then told me they would only honor the warranty if I was a regular customer of theirs and signed up for their service plan (what a scam, do you honor the warranty or not?). They should have told me that from the initial phone call that they would not accept any manufacture's service agreement, I would not have wasted my time with them. They still charged me a service call of $89 (he was here for 10 min. top). I guess that is why they did not tell me they do not accept the manufactures warranty / They wanted the $89 service call for 10 minutes of work. Terrible company will not use ever again. If you use this company I suggest you try to get as much information from them be fore they come out and they charge you for a service fee and hit you up with some astronomical pricing. </p> <br />

"Thank you for your feedback. I apologize you were not happy with our service call. Cody is correct, we do not warranty other manufacturers warranties. We can and do service on all makes and models. That was the question asked during the initial phone call, we were not aware you had an extended warranty on a unit we did not install. If you have an extended warranty through another manufacturer, we recommend contacting the company who either installed the unit since its still under warranty or going through a Goodman dealer. We do offer extended warranties on other makes/models if the customer has a maintenance contract with us. No, this is not a scam. Filing for an extended warranty when you're not a dealer is very messy and most of the time the manufacturer will request maintenance records on the unit to ensure the unit did not fail due to lack of maintenance. If we have no record of maintenance on the unit, they will not approve the claim. This policy is to cover us as a company so we are not making repairs that could potentially not be covered under warranty if we can not provide the proper documentation. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience."

Technician did interior and exterior inspection and maintenance.  Replaced needed part and informed me that we should be considering a replacement furnace as ours is from 1986.  His concern was that if a major part failed, it would probably be impossible to get a part.  He left information on a furnace but in no way pressured a sale.  All service covered under the agreement ($320 for 2 years) but part was additional. <br />

They were very punctual and professional on both inspections.  We had our heating system inspected in November with a contract that also provided for an air conditioning check in the spring.  All went well with the furnace inspection and cleaning.  To be honest I had forgotten about the air conditioning inspection and cleaning part of the service until THEY called to set it up.  They had a different technician for each visit but both were very nice, professional and I believed did a thorough job. <br />

This guy was awesome.  He came all the way from Massillon with very little notice to help me as we were buying a new home.  He was cheerful, even when he had to tell me I needed a new furnace.  He was most kind, explained the problem and apologized for not being able to deliver better news.   <br /> The team in the office was also very helpful, as they scrambled to help me reschedule an appointment made for a later date to accommodate our circumstances.  I am grateful that they were there to help.   <br /> He even refused a tip I tried to offer for helping me out in a pinch.  He said he was glad to help - this is the kind of service every company should strive for! <br />

They still have to replace a part, but he does have my heat working.  He was a very nice and informative worker. He checked my pressure sensor, but couldn't tell if that was the problem. He recommended a couple solutions that worked for a while. He soon returned to replaced my pressure sensors. I made sure they left a sticker for my furnace.

I received a prompt reply when I purchased the deal on Angie's list, the appointment was set up for the next day. The technician arrived on time and was friendly. He did his work, then went to turn on the furnace, and couldn't due to a rollout condition showing that I needed a new heat exchanger. My part was under warranty, but it is Goodman brand, and Quality is not a Goodman dealer, so they couldn't do the work. He did say I could use a new furnace because the one I have is a 100,000btu, and my house only needs an 80,000btu. <br /> Only reason I would not use this company again is because they do not primarily service the brand furnace I have in my house. <br /> <br /> Changed rating of professionalism to A, as employee no longer works there, and it was against policy in the first place to smoke on my property. Company overall is professional.
