"Thank you for your feedback. I apologize you were not happy with our service call. Cody is correct, we do not warranty other manufacturers warranties. We can and do service on all makes and models. That was the question asked during the initial phone call, we were not aware you had an extended warranty on a unit we did not install. If you have an extended warranty through another manufacturer, we recommend contacting the company who either installed the unit since its still under warranty or going through a Goodman dealer. We do offer extended warranties on other makes/models if the customer has a maintenance contract with us. No, this is not a scam. Filing for an extended warranty when you're not a dealer is very messy and most of the time the manufacturer will request maintenance records on the unit to ensure the unit did not fail due to lack of maintenance. If we have no record of maintenance on the unit, they will not approve the claim. This policy is to cover us as a company so we are not making repairs that could potentially not be covered under warranty if we can not provide the proper documentation. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience."

Our sales reps are very informative and they do spend a lot of time up front making sure you understand what we are installing in your house. This is usually appreciated and it is not meant to be insulting, we are sorry you felt that way. We also have a one year test drive, meaning if you buy a system from us and you're not satisfied with it for any reason, we will buy it back at 100%. Our design process is made to make sure you know exactly what you're purchasing because we do not want to buy it back, we want you to be happy with your purchase and love the system.
